I know that I have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much my physical…read moretherapy will cost, however Mountain Land Rehabilitation, does a terrible job at standing behind their estimate. They contacted my insurance before I came in and I paid the amount that they requested, even though I felt the amount was high for the service I received. Now more than a year after the last time I went there, they are billing me more. It is so frustrating! I called their billing department and requested that we split the bill, since I feel they are at fault for not getting the right amount and then for waiting a year to bill me an additional amount for each visit. They don't feel they have any responsibility. I am just grateful that I didn't go more than the times that I went. Before you go here, plan on paying more than they say, because you will very possibly be billed for more than tell you it is going to be.

Have you heard all those nightmares about dishonest and deceiving Chiropractors? Well, Corey Bowden…read moreand his staff will make all those nightmares seem a joke. These people are thieves and incompetent and they know it. As you can tell by the pictures, he submitted a long list of claims to my insurance in an attempt to get more from them, and then he had the audacity of sending me a bill for more. Not enough? He asked inappropriate and unrelated questions to my wife behind closed doors. Corey, I respectfully ask you to not respond to this review with the gaslighting and non-apology verbiage you have used on all other negative reviews. You know the sleazy practice you run and I greatly regret ever coming to you. The headache that you caused is far beyond any of the migraines I came to you for.

I went to see Dr. Biddle for a severe tendonitis injury with my left Achilles. I had been training…read morefor a marathon and the race was quickly approaching and it was beginning to look like my injury would prevent me from competing in the race. When I went to see Dr. Biddle, he first performed a very thorough diagnostic exam on both of my legs to compare the muscles, tendons, and flexibility. When my injury had been properly diagnosed he performed several different physical therapy techniques to stretch out my tendon and break up any cartilage that was forming around my injury, and thus enabling proper healing. Dr. Biddle demonstrated several stretching and muscle exercises that targeted my injury so I could strengthen my tendon, and then watched me perform these exercises to ensure I was doing them properly. He also provided running recommendations regarding mileage, frequency, and intensity of my workouts. By the time my first visit with Dr. Biddle was complete, I was able to stand on my toes on my left leg and apply pressure to my injury without pain. During my visit with Dr. Biddle, he also took the time to stretch out both of my legs. During his initial exam he noticed that the muscles in my legs were very tight and pointed out that the tightness in my legs could be causing me to land differently on my left foot, causing the injury. He spent several minutes stretching out my legs in attempt to prevent future injury. I visited with Dr. Biddle on two more occasions leading up to my race. He was very thorough during both these visits to ensure he applied the proper exercises and stretches to my injury. By the time race day arrived, I was able to run a pain free, enjoyable marathon. I am very grateful to Dr. Biddle for the time he spent working on my injury to enable it to quickly heal and for his knowledge and expertise. I strongly recommend Dr. Biddle as a physical therapist that excels in the treatment and care of his patients.
