I was a patient here for about a year, the location right off the freeway is ideal and the staff is great.

Alan was incredibly thorough helping me find the root of my injuries so that I could get back to my normal routine with out stressing about reoccurring pain. I'd recommend anyone coming here after seeing many different chiropractors and doctors to fix my knee and hip. They even managed to help with headaches and vertigo that I didn't realize could be fixed with dry needling. Thanks for your genuine concern and compassion for your patients, I appreciate you! Best place ever!

(repost from Google reviews since prospective patients deserve to be fully informed before choosing…read moreFowers as their PCP) I've been seeing Fowers for a year or so, and she's a great primary if you only need the basics. However, she's not empathetic or knowledgeable about serious symptoms and struggles of unknown chronic ailments. She's more likely to laugh and tell you it's all in your head rather than admit she doesn't have the answer. If you have serious health problems and need to see a family medicine doctor for guidance on what paths to follow on diagnosis and treatment, look elsewhere. I've seen previous primary care doctors that do listen and take you seriously, so I know there's more like them out there, but Fowers isn't one. Medical gaslighting is a serious problem that can lead to greater psychological stress and a possible worsening of symptoms to the point where a condition is too far advanced for efficient treatment once it has been identified by an experienced doctor Healthcare professionals should know better. I suggest you look elsewhere for your healthcare needs. *Note: When I broke down and told her my worsening physical symptoms had brought my life to a halt, she laughed and told me that it wasn't true. Perhaps if I had brought a witness to advocate for how badly my health has declined, she wouldn't have been so arrogant. Needless to say, I will not be seeing Fowers anymore. ________________________________________ Update 05/2024: after finding an amazing doctor, we confirmed that I have a rare, and debilitating, blood and metabolic disease that has progressed into a syndrome and is now past the point of being treatable. I developed severe UV sensitivity, suffer in immense pain, and have irreversible cognitive and motor neuron damage. I am completely disabled with a novel Porphyric syndrome at just 30 years old. Contrary to what Fowers had said when she laughed at me as I broke down crying, I was not well. In fact, my disease is almost identical in symptomology as lead poisoning. If I had been referred to a hematologist as I had requested back in Oct. 2023, my disease may not have progressed to the point of complete disability. In fact, she refused to refer me to any specialist at all at the time. After speaking with my nurse advocate, she was appalled at this. I've been given an attorney to assist me in filing a lawsuit. Jody Fowers is not only incompetent but malicious to those with complex illnesses. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN WITH YOUR HEALTH. I feel it is my duty to ensure this traumatic experience does not happen to anyone else. Rare and complex diseases exist. No one deserves to be mistreated or denied proper care, much less patients with complex symptoms. Until Jody Fowers understands that, she has no right to call herself a healthcare professional.

HOWEVER, I have had numerous challenges with billing, scheduling appointments, prescription refills, etc. For example, the Ogden Clinic Website is Very Difficult to Use. It doesn't explain how to enter information, it justs locks up until you figure it out. Example, enter phone number without dashes, or that the "Commercial" payment method refers to using your insurance. It also goes through the whole send a code, fill out address, email, phone number, etc. only to tell you they can't process your request and to call a number--which apparently is available 24/7, but again doesn't tell you that. COME ON OGDEN CLINIC, YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS.

Miscommunication led me to believe that her office would contact TriCare for referral. That did not happen and after I found out the X-Ray dept. would take care of that when I schedule the appointment. That happened in that way. I had my CAT Scan on 2/4/26. A longer wait than I expected, but that was du to a misunderstanding. I can deal with that. The following morning on 2/5/26 at approx 8:40 A.M. I missed a call from her nurse as I was working and not able to get to the phone. At 10:05, I returned that call. I was not surprised to hear the nurse was busy and would call me back. I waited and waited. No call. So on Feb 5 at 2:40 P.M I called again. The nurse was busy and again was told as soon as she was done with the patient she was with she would call me. Nothing. Again, no call on Feb 6. On Feb 9, I called once again. I explained to the person answering the call that this was my third time trying to get a hold of someone and my call has not been returned. She put me on hold and checked with the nurse. Busy again. This time she told me that the nurse wanted to be reminded to call me after she was done with her patient. Well, no surprise to me that I did not receive a call. I am not happy with the staff who says they need to have a reminder to call a patient back. I am that unimportant to this staff member that they have to be reminded to call me. So I wait. This is the first time dealing with this particular location. Honestly, I am having a hard time envisioning me returning here. I will wait for an appointment with my PCM at another Ogden Clinic location.
