I too my cousin to the Common Spirit Holy Cross Hospital. Ihad an experience in the ER that…read morecompletely changed how I view emergency care, thanks to Dr.Joshua White. From the moment he walked in, he was calm, attentive, and genuinely present. He didn't rush, he listened carefully, and he explained everything in a way that actually made sense--something that's rare in such a high-stress environment. What stood out most was how much he truly cared. I felt seen, heard, and respected, not just treated like another case. He not only listened, but also provided helpful tools and advice with no judgment, which made a meaningful difference. His compassion and professionalism made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. I also want to recognize the incredible nurses and staff. They were kind, patient, and attentive throughout my visit, making sure I was comfortable and supported every step of the way. Their teamwork and compassion truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Dr. Joshua White is, without a doubt, the best doctor I've ever spoken with. If every ER doctor and team approached patients this way, the entire healthcare experience would be transformed

They're quick to remind you of your outstanding balance but will leave you on hold for 45 minutes hoping you'll hang up, only for them to. Care quality isn't even decent, I gave birth in October in the Lehi location, and the nurse I had was awful. Cause severe birth trauma for me as a first time mom, wish I could remember her name. I've had family try to help me navigate their financial aide and they mention Intermountain isn't even this hard. If you can, go elsewhere.

Swelling was terrible and they never said to put cool packs on my face. In fact, they said not to. Afterwards, I have found that that would have helped. The bigger problem is shown in the photos. On my left eye he did something horribly wrong and you can see from the other photo that I never had this pulling/puckering on that side until after the surgery. I waited a year and went back and he was like what's the problem? He did at least note on the photos that I didn't have that Before but brushed it off and told me to get Botox, but that of course didn't help at all. One side of my eye looks like natural wrinkles, but the other aisle looks very weird. It's like he pulled some muscle too tight right through that spot But wouldn't know up to it.I would definitely not go to him and wish I hadn't. Looks terrible. I tried to post photos, but it wouldn't let me

They do not care whether their clients are happy, only whether they've been paid…read more I initially came here for a rhinoplasty consultation and immediately felt dismissed. My concerns were brushed off, and it was painfully obvious that I was being viewed as a dollar sign rather than a patient. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and did not move forward with surgery here. Unfortunately, my husband did. He paid $11,300 for a hair transplant at Utah Facial Plastics, only to be left with an uneven + unnatural hairlin. Oh, and just the other day he was asked if he had ever looked into a hair transplant, which tells you how much it didn't improve. Today was his one-year follow-up. Instead of taking responsibility, he was told: "If we did a second transplant, it would just look like it does on top." That is not the problem, Dr. Thompson. The problem is that you took $11,300 and gave someone a bad hairline, then spent a year deflecting his concerns instead of addressing a clearly subpar result. If you're considering this practice, be warned: once they have your money, your satisfaction no longer matters.
