Seriously, the BEST medical care I have ever received! I cannot say enough good things about Caid Evans. Healthcare can be such a frustrating path--you get passed from person to person, appointment to appointment, and sometimes leave with more questions than answers. Caid is the complete opposite. He does not let you leave until you feel 100% comfortable with the game plan. He explains what's happening, what your options are, what the possible outcomes are, and most importantly, makes you feel like there is actually someone on your team helping connect all the dots. Years ago, I was dealing with significant back problems. After seeing multiple people, Caid was the one who truly listened, gave me sound advice, and helped me create a clear plan forward. I can honestly say today that I am pretty much pain-free. More recently, I suddenly developed a scary issue where it literally felt like I was breathing through a straw for no apparent reason. I had already been to the ER and other clinics trying to figure out what was going on before finally going back to Caid. Once again, he listened, took me seriously, helped make sense of everything, and gave me an actual game plan--without making me feel stupid, dismissed, or like I needed five more appointments just to get answers. At this point, I'll never be stupid enough to try somewhere else first again. Caid has truly changed my life and my family's life. I trust him completely and would not want to go anywhere else for myself or my family. And it's not just Caid--the staff, the entire team, the cleanliness of the clinic, the communication, and the level of care are all A+. Thank you, Caid, for always being there for us and for making healthcare feel a little less overwhelming. I schedule an appointment and show up a few minutes early. I waited and waited and watched other patients come in and out. I went to the reception desk and asked why I was waiting so long. She told me they take walk ins as priority. I was like holy crap what's the point of making an appointment?? I continued to wait as patient as possible. When I did see the Dr he was so nice and helpful. I told him about the wait experience and he rolled his eyes and said " ya that's a corporate policy I have no control over that. Talk about stupid. stick to your appointments, I had to take more time off work. my experience was less than ideal. read more

Horrible service, I have waited 45 to an hour each time I come in for my appointment. For my most recent appointment I arrive early and ended up waiting AN HOUR waiting room, not the examination room the WAITING ROOM and another 30 once they took me back. It was completely unexpected and disrespectful of my time. This office should not taking on this many patients because they obviously cannot accommodate. I am absolutely livid. Dr..Morris is my doctor and is highly recommend for you to try. Immediately upon seeing him,he found out that the medications I was taking were not the right ones and instantly gave me new ones that made me feel much better. I have been going to him for years now and he has taken very good care of me.He is also a very nice guy. His nurses are also very nice and professional. They also get you in pretty fast. I hardly ever have to sit in the lobby more than 10 minutes. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. Dr. Wyatt west's office never answers the phone. Wait time on the phone is At least 15 minutes or more. My first appointment is weeks out. They say they are "too busy". I'm a patient with a spinal injury that can't wait this long so I'm forced to change my PCM. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to wait long. read more

This place sucks. I miss when it was Westside. They bill my wrong insurance every time I go in, even when I take my insurance card and I ALWAYS wait at least 45 min with an appointment. I'll be establishing care somewhere else ASAP. read more

a patient needs to schedule a new patient appointment with a doctor and those appointments are only available rarely. if seeing another doctor at the same clinic you need to do another new patient appointment. this appointment is important so next time you can call meand schedule more easily. prior to appointment you get a text to fill out emergency contact, insurance etc and then when you get to the appointment you have to tell the receptionist all of the same information. I've now sat it the waiting room for more than 30 minutes. by the way I did one of these new patient appointments and then the doctor left Tanner and I have to start over with a different doctor. poorly ran. read more

I have always had great experiences at Roy Tanner Clinic, with both Dr. Wyatt West and Dr. Gary Oaks. Most recently I needed a refill for some breathing problems and left a message with the nurse and found it was properly filled from my pharmacy!! With the current strain on our healthcare system I am incredibly pleased. read more

I only gave it a two star because I was able to get in right away but then I foumd out why! I have a PPO so really I should've never went to this place but my insurance covered it and I need a physical right away for a trip I was going on. So this totally unseasoned doctor tries to do his thing, he seemed lile he knew everything but he was all text book not real world applications. He was mediocre at best. The front desk....ehhh could be ran better. One woman was so extremely frustrating, I just wanted to punch her in the nose. One girl was slightly helpful. The MA was great...best person there really!! Then I get referred to the sleep lab....fun stuff. Even the MA tried to call right then and there cause she knew that they would not return calls or answer. So after she left a message, I called several more times. They called me back once and then again wouldn't answer or return calls. Next we have the issue of them sending me a bill. My insurance company is even questioning this, I have a $20 co pay which I paid. So why are they sending me a random $23 bill? Screw this place. I'll drive all the way back to California for my care....thanks! This place sucks! read more

Went to Dr. Oaks because I have a Haglund's deformity forming, and I am prone to torn meniscus. He told me he had a solution by getting custom orthotics. $460 later I had my orthotics, and in four days they broke. They did replace my orthotics, but they tried to get me to pay them an extra office visit fee. The replacements took four weeks to get to me and in that time my Haglund's got worse and I ended up tearing my meniscus. Not recommended, don't return calls, customer service is horrible, and their solution to my problem didn't work. The only positive thing that I give him is while I was in there he was overwhelming me with information, I like that. But I still feel that he was just after my money. read more

originally when i first came into the clinic to see Dr.Morris he was nice and helpful but once i went back 3 days later because the pressure in my head was getting intense and out of hand and i also felt like i had an ear infection, when i asked him if he knows of anything to help with my pain/prescribe something for the pressure so i was able to sleep more comfortably he told me "i'm not going to prescribe you pain killers for your ear pain that's very inappropriate" but not once did i ask for pain killers. he then proceeded to tell me "it's life , it's only been a few days, sometimes you can't sleep at all, it sucks but you just gotta ride it out" i didn't feel as if he was taking me serious and i also felt like he was treating me like a narcotics junky because i was back within 3 days of my last appointment but even then he didn't take the pressure in my head and my very bad back pains seriously (i literally felt as if i was in labor) (doesn't deserve any stars only putting one so i can post this review) read more

Nice new building with accommodating staff. I never have to wait to get an appointment, I can always get in within the week. My favorite doctor is Dr. Aardema. He is so kind and caring, he always makes me feel welcome and never rushed. He has a great smile and is very understanding of my concerns. I have been so impressed with how quickly he returns phone calls or discusses results when I have questions about my care. I know that they are competent here. He is always able to articulate well and I know Dr Aardema is up to date on the latest informarion to care for his patients. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be taken to room to see the doctor. The MA always comes right in and does vitals and lab work in the exam room. I appreciate that they understand my time is valuable and make the appointment very streamlined. I love this physician and clinic so much that I used to pay out-of-pocket before my insurance was accepted. That should tell you something!!! read more
