Really a horrible experience at this place. Getting an appointment and wait times are insanely long. Recently went to establish care and look into TRT. First lab took over an hour to get in second was a month later and took nearly 2 hours of sitting and waiting. I asked to try it weekly as this medication has a half life of 4-5 days. After 8 weeks, 2 labs and 2 visits I was put on a dose so low that my pharmacist (who is also on TRT) mentioned it was the lowest dose they had ever seen and thought it was a mistake, especially as it was for every 2 weeks. He was taking more than that 2x per week. Talked to doctors office and they for some reason called in the same exact prescription again? I asked everyone I knew who was on it, looked into the Urology association and Endocrinology society and the MINIMUM recommended dose (along with everyone I talked to on it was) 1.0 per week, with many people only starting with that. Doctor Doxey had put me on .5 every two weeks, so basically 1/4th of what the minimum recommended dose is despite a lab showing levels of total T of 167. When I mentioned this they told me they would possibly re-evaluate in 3 months after another lab and the girl on the phone said "why do you think it is low?" I mentioned others had higher labs and were receiving 1.0 - 2.0 per week along with the Urology and Endocrinology guidelines and her response was "Too bad for you they cant prescribe it to you" . Made it very clear I was going to someplace that didnt really know what they were doing and really didnt care. Dont go here, they really dont mind wasting your time and money and I was going to be 4-5 months into this treatment along with bills for 3 labs and 5 visits before MAYBE getting a dose that would do anything. I made an appointment with a specialist named Westbroke in Ogden and they got me an appt right away and agreed that .5 every 2 weeks is just a waste of time and money and like everyone else on the planet, prescribed 1.0 per week. read more

I had to wait almost an hour after my schedule time. Their staff sucks and I hate going here. Worst clinic I have ever been to.

By far the worst professionalism I have ever seen regarding scheduling of appointments and communication. I scheduled an appointment online, to only have them call me days later, the day before the appointment to be exact, to inform me that my physician was unavailable so I rescheduled one week later. I confirmed my appointment via phone Wednesday afternoon and through two separate text messages, one Monday and one Wednesday. I was going Ben allowed to check in for my Friday morning appointment Wednesday night through their app. Then I get a call the very next day informing me that he is not available and that they have him scheduled for urgent care ONLY for the date of my appointment!?! So how was I scheduled twice for days he is not available? I confirmed through multiple outlets, spoke with someone on the phone regarding the fast I needed to do and scheduled time off work for both dates. Unacceptable. This place is like a small start up, underperforming websites/software that allow you to book days that are no longer available, bad communication ,and poor execution. I used this clinic with two scenarios that are usually "strikes" against you with clinics. I used them on a weekend and on a walk-in / urgent care basis. When I visit a clinic, I don't feel good. Period. Not like a "I think I am getting sick" type of not feeling good but "I just crawled from the depths of hell to see you before I die" type of not feel good. Let's just say I'm not at my most patient, understanding, or attentive state. First visit was a Thursday morning. Front desk was a little chaotic (for me). I felt like there were WAY too many questions and hoops. Yes, I've been to Ogden Clinic. No, not this one. Yes, I can tell you my birthday. Yes, I can tell you my symptoms. Yes, I have insurance. Yes, I have my card. Yes, I know there is a co-pay. No, I don't want to hear about your freaky new billing / co-pay / hold your money until final billing stuff. No, I don't need a receipt. Yes, I can sign the pad. Yes, I understand my patient rights. Yes, I can sign your HIPPA pad. Look. I'm sick. lets do this on as little information as is necessary, charge my card, and lets move on. If I walk in, identify myself and hand you my ID, Insurance card, and co-pay, we should gently high five, sanitize our hands, and I will go sit down and wait my turn. The rest of that stuff can wait. The Doctor visit was decent. I had ~40 minutes of wait time between my screening at the counter and the trip to the back but once in the back, life got much better. Chase was the provider and I felt like he took a good amount of time with me. I didn't feel like I was in the fast lane and he was truly empathetic with my treatment. Thank you for that. He wrote a script, told me it was going to hella expensive most likely and that I could call his cell from the pharmacy if we needed to go a different direction. Nice touch. Follow up was on Sunday morning. The wait time was well over an hour but hey, it's Sunday. I get it. Once I visited with Chase again he was kind enough to tell the front desk that this was simply a follow up and that the second co-pay they extorted a few minutes earlier should be reversed. That was a nice touch too. All in all, I like this clinic. A bit slow and serving a large area but hey, I get it. I'll be back next time I crawl from the depths. read more

This place is worthless, they treat patients with second rate performance. They're average wait time is over an hour, even if you have an appointment. And just trying to get an appointment for something simple like paperwork needed for your employer they send you over 30 days out. Damn near get better assistance in a timely manner from the VA. The company as a whole needs a complete overhaul. Quit doing the bare minimum and start setting a standard. read more

Took my mom to their urgent care and even though I called ahead and was told they were open until 4:00, they decided to close at 3:00. Luckily, we got there at 2:55, only to have a receptionist meet us at the door and tell us the doctors were "booked for the day?" I mentioned that the website AND the receptionist said it was open until 4:00 and the phone message said they accept "walk-ins" so I was confused why we were turned away with only 4 cars in the parking lot and we were still there before closing time? Very unprofessional for an urgent care clinic. Luckily, we were able to get right in at the IHC urgent care and received the best care, in a very timely manner. This is THE worst clinic I have ever been to. No sense of urgency, whatsoever. Took my son on a Sunday and he tested positive for influenza. They called in Tamiflu and it made him throw up, so I called first thing the next morning for some anti-nausea meds to help keep the Tamiflu down. No call back until 4:30 while I was in a meeting and when I called back they said the dr was in with another patient and she would call back when she was done. No call back. I called again at 7:30 after hours and asked them to please just call the medicine in for him. Didn't hear back until 4:30 the next day where they said the Zofran can cause headaches and constipation (as if that's worse than the FLU??) so "it's up to me whether or not to give it to him" and "well, he doesn't HAVE to take the Tamiflu"... wow ok. It took 3 to 4 phone calls just to tell me it could have these minor side effects so now we are outside the window where the Tamiflu will be effective. What a waste. read more

I had an appointment on 06/03 for what I believed was a kidney stone or acid reflux (I feel with both). They had me start with a urine test and the front desk lady told the woman in the lab "there's a lady here and i don't know why it what for". That was the first of the issues. I went and saw Enrique and was very unhappy with the appointment. He basically told me it was my period. I don't have periods. I know what a period feels like and my pain was way worse than any period I've had. I asked for tests and he said I was too young to deal with any of that. I asked about getting a refill for my acid reflux medication while I was there. Again, he said I was too young to take meds for it. I have dealt with acid reflux since I was 14 years old and I know what helps and what doesn't. I basically spent an hour there just to be told it was my period. Will not go back to someone who dismissed me. read more

This location has a general wait time of over an hour past your designated appointment time. The staff answering the phones are also severely unprofessional. For instance I got called by the staff telling me that they ordered new medication and sent the information to the pharmacy. The order was never submitted along with there not being enough detail in the physician notes to discern what medication needed to be ordered. I then called the staff to find out what was going on and a male operator said that my physician was in and that he was going to ask about it and call me back. I ended up waiting at the pharmacy for over an hour waiting for the call back only to find out that the operator never talked to my physician. He had me wait until his clock out time and left without giving me any call back to inform me that I would have to wait till the next day. I would recommend finding a different location as the staff seem to be severely unprofessional. read more

I am new to the area and haven't had to go to the doctor until just a couple of weeks ago. I was worried that I had developed a throat infection, so I came here, it being the closest to my new home. There was a wait of about an hour for Urgent Care, which truly wasn't the end of the world, it was the day after New Years and I wasn't needing to be anywhere. Once I got called back, I was taken back into a room with a nurse to wait to see a doctor. The nurse was great and made me feel very comfortable. She took a swab to test for strept. I then waited about ten minutes until the doctor came in to check me out. He seemed very rushed. He took a quick look at my throat and then looked at the computer and told me my test results weren't back yet, but he wasn't worried about it because he didn't think it was strept, but believed it was some kind of bacterial infection. He prescribed an antibiotic and then started asking me about birth control. He wanted to know what kind I was using, if I'd had any side effects, and weirdly, if I needed it? He talked to me longer about my birth control (that I've had no issues with, and that I never brought up or needed to bring up) than about my actual infection or symptoms there. Then, he walked me out and I left. Five hours later, I still hadn't gotten a call from my pharmacy about my antibiotics needing picked up. I called and found out that the order hadn't been sent over yet. A couple more hours passed and I hadn't heard anything. It was getting late, and I was worried about getting my infection treated. I called the pharmacy, and it was sent to the wrong location, two cities away! They pulled it over to my pharmacy and I was able to pick it up. Three days of taking the antibiotics regularly, I felt way worse than before, and the infection didn't look to be going away. So, I drove two hours away to visit my old doctor's office to find out that it wasn't a bacterial infection at all, and the antibiotics weren't needed whatsoever because it was just a flare up of CANKER SORES. I immediately stopped taking the antibiotics and got on a prescription mouthwash. The next day, they had almost completely cleared up. My doctor sent in a culture to make sure that there was no bacterial infection whatsoever, and a few days later, I was called back with the results confirming there was no infection. I just think it's wild that a doctor could misdiagnose so badly. And with the unprofessional tone I felt, I will not be back. I will have to find elsewhere to be taken care of in the future. read more

I attempted to establish care for myself and my five children. I was told that they were not currently accepting Medicaid clients but that I could bring my children in as walk-ins, on an as needed basis. One of the doctors was always very wonderful to work with, but the last time we were seen we had the misfortune of being cared for by Dr. Chase. I was concerned that my son had an ear infection, but Dr. Chase was unable to diagnose this. He left my son's condition undiagnosed (it turned out to be teething, which I diagnosed myself shortly after leaving the clinic). He prescribed antibiotics to be on the safe side, but what truly bothered me about this visit was that we were treated so poorly do to my son's crying (he was 9 months old at the time). Everyone acted anxious and bothered, and we were left waiting for more than half an hour before anyone came in to check on us. When we were finally attended to, the majority of nurses including the doctor kept asking, "What is wrong with him? Why does he keep crying?" ... Um, he is a sick baby; and I thought this was a pediatrician's office. Today, I was put in a position of calling this office to obtain a form for the Social Security Administration. The form was just to establish that my son had been seen by this clinic and merely needed his name, dob, date seen, and doctor's signature as a means of proving my son's identity (birth certificates do not work for this purpose, unfortunately). I called the clinic and waited for more than six hours for a response. When they did respond, it was to inform me that because my son was a walk-in client, and not an established client, that they could not provide this documentation. I explained the previous situation and was informed that there was one doctor who is now accepting Medicaid clients. I asked to schedule an appointment with him, and was informed that because my family has chosen not to immunize my son that we would not be allowed to see a physician at their facility (as per their policy that children cannot be seen unless they are up to date on their immunizations). This leaves me wondering how a child is ever supposed to receive immunizations if they cannot be seen unless they are up to date. I am also wondering about the thousands of children whose parents choose to forego immunizations due to medical and/or religious reasons. The choice of whether or not to immunize children is legally and constitutionally protected. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone despite the few good experiences we have had simply because the bad experiences so greatly outweigh the good. read more

Very professional staff. Practically no wait time, once I was in I barely had time to open a magazine before they called me back. They have an in-house lab that was also quick with my results. The doctor I saw was very professional and caring. All-in-all a great facility and a wonderful alternative to the ER. Will definitely be going back! read more
