He did a great adjustment and had those electrical pads on my back (not sure what it's called.) They also did X-rays to find out what's really going on. Jerrin's been trying different things with me, and we've found some things that really seem to be working for me. My foot problems aren't necessarily the typical ones, and I'm happy he's been flexible and willing to try things -- and willing to continue doing the things I tell him are working particularly well. He's also giving me exercises to do at home which I really like. When it's non-covid, I'll be able to travel for work again and need exercises to do in hotels.

Frustrating and Unorganized Billing Practices…read more This is the third time I've received a statement from Mountain Land Physical Therapy claiming that I owe $5. I have called multiple times to explain that I paid all my copays at the time of my visits. Each time, they assure me they will review my account and get back to me, but they never follow through. The last time, they promised to send me a detailed breakdown via email, yet I never received anything. I even went in person to the clinic where I received treatment, and the staff there agreed with me that something seemed off. Despite this, I just received another statement saying I owe $5. The same thing happened with my husband's account--we paid what they claimed we owed, assuming we had simply missed a payment. But now I realize that they don't seem to keep their billing records straight and are asking for payments without proper verification. This is a matter of principle for me, and I would like to speak with someone who can truly resolve this issue. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service are extremely frustrating.
