Jonn is a complete liar. I walked into TMobile asking for information on plans after being with Verizon for 9 years. I told Jonn I needed one line with the most simple plan. He told me that would be $74 a month, so the current promotion of 4 lines for $100 a month would be a better option for my family. He told me I'd get an iPhone 15 for free for my main line and any phone for the other 3 lines for 50% off. Also, he said it included Netflix, a $17 value. After I signed I had an issue adding the 3 phones with 50% off and it was not giving me Netflix for free. So I went back 3 times trying to get help adding these phones at a discount. Jonn said there must be an issue with their app and told me to call customer service. I dealt with customer service twice, where the same lady said Jonn had completely lied to me about a fake promotion and that promotion never existed. She said she would review what he said to me with what is actually offered and they would get back to me. She never called back. I called customer service again today and was told there was no promotion ever offered and essentially I was lied to for him to sell 4 lines. I have literally WASTED 10 hours of my time with customer service and 5 trips to this location (an hour round trip) to only find out I have been lied to by a total scammer!!!! I came in to upgrade my sons phone and was given false information in order to get me to get a more expensive phone. I was told if we traded our phone in we would get the IPhone 13 free. It sounded to good to be true so I asked multiple times if this was correct every time I was assured it was. Only to find out that isn't the case at all. We never would have gotten that phone as my son didn't care what he got but I was told it was free so he decided to get it. I'm just glad my daughter wasn't able to upgrade her phone due to a cracked screen or I would have ended up with two phones on my plan to pay for when I was told they would both be free! Awful customer service! My Samsung phone stopped working after 3 months. We called T-Mobile and they said the phone was under warranty and to just go to the store and they will replace it for you. The clerk there said rudely "if the phone doesn't turn on on we are not replacing it. if you bought a TV and it went blank they wouldn't replace it." oookay? Then he went on about how the phone wasn't under warranty and they couldn't do anything. When we told him T-Mobile told us to come here, he said they don't do that, they take care of it over the phone, so we must be trying to get a free phone. This guy was condescending, rude, and made no effort to help us in anyway. All he had to do was call T-Mobile to get confirmation, but instead he decided to belittle us and take a power trip stand. Terrible way to handle customers he either needs a new job or customer service training. On the way out he told us we are banned from the store. Ok, why would we come back to get treated like this anyway. Awful experience. read more
