    Very disappointed in this store. Costumer service was very poor and were no hell to activate my sim nor get me a screen protector.

    This review is only for the Metro store at: 464 12th Street;…read moreOgden, UT. [ 385-206-8171 ] Humberto provided me with excellent customer service and proactively solved all of the concerns I was having with my new phone. 1. At another Metro store (on WA Blvd. near 2nd Street, Ogden), the customer service agent there (Alexander), was unable to install the screen protector without air-bubbles. Humberto was able to determine the screen protector was installed after the phone (case) protector was installed, and the phone protector (case), was pushing up on the screen protector -- which is what was causing the air-bubbles. The new phone I got is the Motorola Edge, with curved screen edges on both sides. Humberto took the time to reinstall the GorillaGlass (TM) screen protector, insuring there were no air-bubbles; at all. Humberto did what the other agent at the other Metro store seemed unwilling to do; customer service. 2. Humberto found a phone case (protector), which didn't push up on the screen protector as much; resolving the issue of air-bubbles that wouldn't go away. The phone case Humberto found, also had a kick-stand; which I wanted in the first place, but couldn't find at the other store. 3. At my request, Humberto also sold me a plastic screen protector; in case I have further concerns in the future with air-bubbles, etc. I wanted to do this, in case they become harder to find over time. I applaud Humberto's professionalism, and willingness to proactively identify the root cause of my concern; and provide a solution that actually worked. All in just a few minutes. I was in the store for no more than 10 minutes. I was very impressed with Humberto; professional, friendly, and has the skill set to solve problems -- not create them. I will not be going to any other Metro store in the area. I will only go to Humberto's store on 12th street. It's further away from home, but it's worth the extra drive time; to actually have my concerns addressed by someone passionate about helping their customers.

    I have a complicated situation but to sum it up I needed to decrease my monthly payment. I called…read morecustomer Care and I was told my Samsung Note 8 and Samsung Gear 3 watch would give me $600.00 trade in so I could get a less expensive phone without payments. Somehow this conversaVerificationis no where to be found. So I took my nearly new Note 8 phone and barely used watch to the store. Where I was told the phone they had charged me $850.00 for only5 months ago was worth$ 218 trade in and I still owe$249 on it. The watch which I we $299 on is worth nothing, nothing! Wow how can a phone depriciate over $ 600 in a few months and a watch depreciate $300 in less than 6 months. The manager who helped me just Kept saying there was nothing he could do and the conversation and amounts told to me I could get for trade In's were nowhere to be found ...... convenient? How does this happen and what options do I really have? Well, none. I left an abusive manage almost a year ago and I have little money since he has cut me off of all financial assistance. I have been a customer for over 12 years and that means nothing! Your welcome for all those payments and screw me when I need help. Can't switch carriers due to no money and therefore poor credit. So BOO T-mobile on you for your customer care and retention. Glad I was loyal to you too bad you will not be the same to me!!
