canceled my service 10/2025 thought that was the end paid the bill in full at t mobile. On 4/2026 im in collections for not being specific enough in the cancelation of my account they kept billing me for a watch and a tablet i returned the modem for internet and said cancel my account which they said they had done i only have 1 account number with them they are refusing to credit back the charges for 10/25 till 4/26 even though they know the account and items on the account were never used in the time frame because everything i had on the account is with another carrier as of 10/25 im in COLLECTIONS contacted the resolution team they did not care was the feeling i got was a customer for over 20 yrs started with nextel who became sprint who became t mobile please consider not signing up with t mobile if you can help it Thanks for letting me vent read more

Worst experience ever the gentleman named John who works there has tried to help me twice an both times got nothing accomplished he even went as far as having me sit on hold with tlife t mobile support for 45 mins when they clearly said an hour wait did nothing for me an when it hit 8 pm he kicked me out with out doing anything for me that I asked for I thought the customer was always right but iguess not there cause each time I asked for a phone he didn't give me one an had me go they were closing but I work every day so I don't have time to go during the day u think he would have at least got me the phone I asked for twice I guess I'm going for a third time see if I get Taken care or if this place is as bad as I think it is read more

Horrible service not worth saving $15/ per month over AT&T to switch. In our area the coverage is sketchy at best.

I gave them 1 star bc there was nothing lower. TMobile has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANYONE. I went to the TMOBILE store in Salem at the new mall, not Rockingham. I was going to buy a new phone, went through the whole process and decided they did not have a phone with enough memory so decided to not upgrade. Well that did not stop them from telling me a couple of months later that I BOUGHT THE PHONE. I thought would be easy enough to correct, NOPE. I have spent 15 hrs going back to the store, calling TMOBILE which BTW has NO SUPPORT IN AMERICA. The Philippino support person had a difficult time with English the. Told me I had the wrong pin, then asked for my tax ID. No sir that's wrong as well. Amazing, I apparently don't know my social security number. Even though they texted me and I read them the number they still would not help me I HAVE HAD IT. I AM LEAVING TMOBILE. Enough is Enough. Oh and BTW, I still am being charged for a phone that I have an email from them saying it was returned to stock. DO NOT USE TMOBILE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT GO TO THE SALEM STORE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. I really wish scott manship was back on Amherst street. He was excellent. Sad he left. I've been scammed for a new phone I did not need it. I was told I needed a new phone, they would send to the house. Went back up Amherst to get a charging cable a couple days later. asked the guy to check my old phone. He fixed it less than 2 minutes. When the new phone came to the house, I put it in a bigger box, didn't open the original box and shipped it back. Now that I'm going to dw highway, all the information I received at Amherst street was no good. I guess when you deal with 2 tmobile store, there is a difference. Wish scott was back in nashua. After a month of research and calling talking and visiting T Mobile stores I ended up here at this store New Hampshire Krystal had answered the phone and responded to my questions in a pleasant and informed manner. She impressed me so~~~ that I hopped in the car and headed over. She was waiting and explained the process in a VERY professional and knowledgeable manner . The entire purchase and transferring of info from my old Verizon phones was done and done extremely well. Numbers were ported and papers signed, I was a bit concerned about signal strength but so pleasantly surprised that T Mobile is performing better than Verizon EVER has and Krystal made it easy and fun . He got us our $300 for my husband's old iPhone trade-in and he apologized for the confusion and problems. Adding my mother to our phone plan with a new phone, watch and tablet was a bit more than I bargained for so I came in to get it done at the store. There were many snags with her prior carrier getting the information needed, issues with my current plan and so on but after 2 1/2 hours, they were able to complete the transfer. I would like to say thank you to all there for helping get it done, especially to the young man who worked an hour + past his scheduled time to get it done as well as listening to my 80 year old moms stories and looking at her photos. You went above an beyond and I would highly recommend this store!! read more
