The older man (50 ish) , is very knowledgeable and been very helpful. Tried to pay my bill yesterday, but their entire system was down. Called the customer service number and was put on hold for aprox. 20+min. The people were polite, however, they didn't know how to do anything really than pay a bill. Disappointed. Give that guy a raise and promotion. Put knowledgeable people on the floor. Let's see if corporate ever figures it out. I'm happy there, but could leave. read more

As a family we've had T-Mobile for 3 months and since the inception we've had problems. These problems include: 1) The phones not working as they should. 2) Returning a phone to T-Mobile, getting an email that the phone has been received then still being billed for the phone and its service. 3) Spoke to about 20 different reps in various departments alone with supervisors but were told T-Mobile has no records of the phone being received, as they continued to bill us. Although we had email proving this phone was received by T-Mobile, they even suggested we must have sent back an empty box and still have the phone. Finally we got an email address to forward the email we got from their warehouse that the phone was received. A collective time of about 10 hours over a period of 2 months, problem is fixed and for our troubles we got a credit of $50 4) Although the T-Mobile representatives and their supervisors sounded sympathetic to our plight and even sounding sincere as they would promise to investigate and calling us back, staying with you until the problem is resolved, they never followed through. You won't have to explain this to anyone else they would say, and then transfer to another department where we'll have to start our story all over again. My wife has not had any service on her phone for the past 5 days. She needs this phone for school (getting her Double Master's degree), for her Job as a nurse and to communicate with my son's school, in case of an emergency. We had to purchase service from Boost Mobile on one of our old phones, cost $50.00 for my wife To date, after about 5 hours, collective time, talking to 4 technical support reps that troubleshoot the phone, the problem still exist Conclusion T-Mobile has: Very attractive TV ads Nice phones Poor costumer service Extremely high degree of inefficiency Untrained or not very skilled technical support service reps High degree of incompetence even at supervisory and management levels. T Mobile service and customer service is about as bad as Comcast. The sales/manager guys at the Coastland Center Mall blatantly lied about what the bill would be monthly and proceeded to go on about how great the service is. Not only has the service been a complete miss including dropped calls and spotty cell service but now in the second and third month there are new "misc. fees" there were NEVER disclosed in the initial consult. Suddenly the bill is no longer "2 Lines for $100 and unlimited data" it is $175 for two lines. This does include new device payments and the insurance but the sales people did not discuss all of these new fees that have now driven up the bill. After arguing with T Mobile about the service and new fees they have completely let us down. Not only am I stuck with this shitty LG phone the sales guy sold me but worse I now have to deal with their shitty service. T Mobile's response was "well that's on them" meaning there is nothing they can do. I do plan in dealing with this in person but in the meantime do yourself a favor and pass on T Mobile. They suck just like all the other phone companies but at least the service with AT&T and Verizon is at dependable. Don't rely on their unlimited data pitch to get you in. You may have unlimited data but you certainly won't have the service that would allow you to fully enjoy it. You will be left with bad taste in your mouth. read more

This is not a review specific to this store! It is a review meant for T Mobile Corporate. We have just been through Hurricane Irma in SW FL. I was in a shelter in Ft Myers. People around me who had Verizon and A T & T were happily chatting on their phones. Not me. No service. I finally was able to call out using WiFi, trying to get information about whether it was safe to go home. Unfortunately, my friend also had T Mobile and no electricity, therefor no Wifi. Various corporations with whom I do business, sent emails apprising me that fees would be waived (Chase and Fifth Third), updating me about outages (Fl Light and Power and Comcast) etc. T Mobile has been mute. I tried to send a message through the website without success. I sent a chat message. No response. A phone is critical in a disaster. At a minimum, I would like credit for the days without service. Beyond that, hurricane season is not over. Does T Mobile have a plan to keep customers with service should there be another disaster? Or should I switch to one of the two carriers who provided better service? read more
