This was the first time I met someone from T-Mobile who actually knew what they were talking about. They contacted their support departments and were able to get my account fixed. Finally, after many false promises, I found a store that actually cares. When everything was done, I asked what I owed them. The assistant manager (forgot his name) said that if I was super happy, I could leave a review. Now that my new bill came in within a dollar of what the store promised, I decided it was time to pay the store back and let people know about how this store turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.
