I ordered glasses over 2 weeks ago and was told they would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I call today as I was assured at the end of last week they would be shipped by Tuesday and arrive by end of week. I call them on Wednesday to check on the ship status and am told that the lab had a "lens breakage" and they won't ship out for at least another week. This is a problem as I will 5,000 miles away for my job for an extended period of time, this is why I was so specific in asking about time expectations. If they had said it would be over a month I would not have placed the order. I paid completely out of pocket the entire cost of the frame. Now they tell me they cannot refund my money and they cannot do anything to get them quicker. Out around 700 dollars for glasses that are useless as I need new ones for the job I am starting and will have to order them online. Listen to the reviews and get your frames somewhere else, I wish I had.

When I said we still have 20 minutes till close, I was told that they do that so they can get everyone checked out. If your sign says your open till 7 pm then that is when you close. This happened at the Midland store but has also happened at the other MO stores as well. I love searching for all the neat things they get but when I think I have a half hour only to be told basically I have ten minutes. If the stores are going to post the hours of operation then that is when they should lock the doors and turn the closed sign.

He said he fixed it and when I went to turn it on while I was still there, the button got stuck so he obviously didn't put the screen on correctly and it wouldn't even turn on. He's disgusting, I argued with him for several minutes before I finally left without it working and had to threaten to Sue him because he refused to give me the $400 back to me! On another occasion I ordered an arrangement for a 60th birthday party and just told Jodi i wanted a $50 flower something that will sit on the table with cake and gifts. She nailed it...beyond my expectations!!! So beautiful...I wish I could post a picture. Another time I needed flowers for a birthday I forgot and Jodi put together a beautiful vase with flowers for me to take home in about 20 minutes! I also bought a wreath from them at Christmas time for my front door and can't count the compliments I received. As long as they keep doing what they are doing, I will not use another flower company.

No CMU apparel sold here...not even cups. I love that they have Rae Dunn home goods! Update: There is an elderly man that works in the changing room area and he made my day. He is one of those employees that truly loves his job. Once I made my way to the dressing room he wished me luck that my outfit choices would work out for me. I dread clothes shopping in general but this man just made it a little bit better for me with his enthusiasm and genuine kindness.
