Having spent a full day on hold and with techs to resolve my issue, i kept running into disconnect issues that doubled and tripled hold times to get assistance. My home internet gateway needed to be provisioned to the sim card. My cell service was not stable enough to hold for an hour or two, the voice system wouldn't accept my callback number, so I thought to call the store and ask for help. I only asked that they submit my callback number to tech support. That was it. Tyler was not only uninterested in helping, he was outright rude. Literally told me that my problem was between tmobile and myself and had nothing to do with him. I've managed IT helpdesks for over a decade, and I would never tell a customer that I wasn't interested in helping. I would have found a way to help a customer as that is my company that will retain a happy client. I had to go to Facebook messenger, submitted a request, and the lovely individual advised me to just swap the sims out. Problem solved in 60 seconds flat. I don't expect him to know that bit of information, but he could have tried to do something, but literally said, 'not my problem'. Everyone else that I spoke with at Tmobile corporate has been Awesome, but this store made a huge nasty on my books for reputation....especially for someone that is sales staff. Tyler doesn't need to be customer facing. read more
