I was also billed inaccurately for the plan I chose. I was told the phone looked fine to receive texts properly and that it was "probably fixed with the last update" and that the plan I said I was supposed to have didn't exist. I researched the fix for my missed texts (81 in total that hadn't come through but did once I fixed it myself) and called T mobile directly and was able to have the correct plan adjusted on my account. I stopped in tonight to show them the fix I found in case another customer ever had the issue. The same manager was unfriendly, unhelpful and told me that my plan would only be updated for this one month and then would default to the higher price the next month. All of this conversation and he never once asked for my name or phone number to look up my account. I'm stuck with this provider for now, but won't step foot back in this store. If you need T mobile customer service, maybe try Sam's. At least they are friendly.
