Less than a month later my phone stopped working and when I went in I was met with a ,"yeah, their recalled, you can have this" and was literally given a free phone. After the manager Keith was extremely inappropriate, hostile, and quite frankly, aggressive, the owner was contacted so I could at least receive a partial refund. 110$ was given and an excuse that Keith has mental illnesses that make him unable to control his emotions. I have never felt more uncomfortable and threatened in a place in my entire life. He didn't even finish setting up the free phone. He just made comments like "whomp whomp" and "it is what it is". I will never come here again. I will drive over an hour to another metro store. I suggest everyone does the same.

From what they told me was going to be. From what I here from other people? This is a common scam T-Mobile pulls on people. I was told I would also get a $200 Visa gift card but I have not received it and when I talk to customer service. They can't find it and don't know what I'm even talking about. The result was their service doesn't work where I need it to. Wouldn't that be breach of contract? The manager of the location was no help and told me sorry it's our service. If the service doesn't work where I needed to, then the phone is useless, and I should not be held to a contract. T-Mobile is exactly what it has been forever. It is a horrible company with horrible customer service. And no matter how many times I call or chat with them. They will not give you a regional manager contact.
