Biggest scam artists ever. They tried changing my account then lied about it. I needed to get T-mobile directly involved to correct it. Then changed authorized user on the account just so they could scam a profit lie about an update and sell a new phone. Then the lovely Jose who proceeded to lie even more when confronted with the issue in the following days and yet still no word from the Manager as Jose said, and no video footage from the alleged video Jose claimed to be recalling. However there is a recording by T mobile when the employee I. the store was on the phone with me and T-Mobile customer service. Guess that's why the manager is afraid to call. They don't even deserve one star. Do not do business with this store. They are rude and nasty and just now called my father and I liars. They won't help at all. The T-Mobile assoc broke my fathers screen protector. She told him to come back and he will get a credit. We come back today, the girl is on "break" and T-Mobile said they didn't touch the phone & screen protector. Never will I go into this store again. They aren't even corporate. No one is going to call me a liar and tell me there's nothing I can do. No store or business should tell customers they're lying. The manager is Monique. She's disrespectful and won't help. I went to this TMobile yesterday because I thought I would take them up in their free phone for switching from ATT to them.The girl that helped with this process had no idea what she was doing.By the time she was done.I lost 11 apps including all of my Social media.I went back to the store today to see if they could fix her mess that she created.I was there for 3 hours.One of the girls tried to no prevail.The owner came out and when he got tired he simply walk away and hid in the back room and like a coward he never came back out.I was left there with no help and was told just call Tech support.I was livid. The customer service in Soundbeach location sucks.I gave them a piece of my mind and left .My frustration was on a level 100.Yes the italian woman that I am I absolutely gave them hell. Some choice words were used that scared customers out the door.The coward never came out of the back room.So I called tech support and they couldn't help me either.Please do not give them your business. Everytime I've come to this Tmobile I've had no issues. Its always a friendly atmosphere & they go out of their way to meet your needs!

I can't express enough how amazing this store is. I travel here from 30 mins away for my phone needs. The associates are nothing but helpful and really care about you or whatever issues you have going on. Especially monica she goes above and beyond for her customers and will do whatever she can to help. read more
