The "revenge bad reviews" you see here are probably pissed off customers that didn't understand the "refund/discount" on new phones. It's complicated and many people don't understand it and blow up over it. Service/coverage is pretty much the same with every carrier... they ALL have antennaes/cell sites at all the same locations. If you're looking to open a retail business, please step into this Gem and take some good notes.. Watch as lazy unmotivated employees sit on their phones while potential customers stare in disgust. Observe the body language and facial expressions of these sloth like creatures when you ask if they have a certain phone in stock, and need to get up and walk to the stock room to check, simply painful.
