    WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE - Deceptive, Unprofessional, and Dishonest…read more I've been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years--but after my experience at the Verizon store in Milford, MI, I will be switching providers entirely. I traded in three phones at this location, all of which were physically handed over to store employees and left in their possession. I was told these would be mailed out and that I would receive trade-in credits toward my three new phones. Fast forward several months: no credits, no phones, and no accountability. All three devices were apparently "lost"--and I'm left footing a dramatically higher bill. To make matters worse, I was blatantly lied to about a watch promotion--something I later found out didn't even exist the way it was pitched. These salespeople will say anything to close a deal. They're unprofessional, dishonest, and deceptive. Trying to get answers has been a nightmare. Milford residents, beware. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else. This store is a disaster and a disgrace to the Verizon brand

They did not tell us that it would be adding an additional line to our account. Went back within the 30 days to cancel and return and was told things were taken care of. Well verizon did not honor it and the store owner and manager are now not answering my calls to help me resolve something I never asked for. The scam on this is garbage and the quality they put into the guest service is even worse. Being in this community i recommended taking a small drive else where to seek help.

I have been tricked big-time into getting "Faster Internet Service" through these scam artists. I was told that my internet would be twice as fast as my previous internet... and it turns out it is three times as slow. The kickers? I am locked into a 3 year contract that I cannot get out of, I am paying $350 a month vs the $150 I was paying for faster internet, and finally I am not forced to buy another internet service and just use this for our VOIP lines. So not only do I have to pay for another internet, I have to do this for three years. They have given us nothing but trouble since we started, never return our multiple calls or emails. The second we signed the contract, everything changed and they left us for dead. This company company has an excellent sales force... and thats about it. Nothing to back them up. In less than three months we wanted to cancel the service and we were told that we would have to pay $14,000 to get out of our contract, or the full amount of the term. We are a upstart company, and the price was significantly more than we could afford for what they actually did. The call clarity of the phone calls is a joke, and internet speed is incredibly slow. We have been told on multiple occasions that they would be happy to double our internet speed, with no help to call clarity, for an additional $250 a month. Another fun part, is trying to get a hold of the customer support line. I am typically on hold for 45 minutes. If these people contact you, run.
