WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE - Deceptive, Unprofessional, and Dishonest I've been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years--but after my experience at the Verizon store in Milford, MI, I will be switching providers entirely. I traded in three phones at this location, all of which were physically handed over to store employees and left in their possession. I was told these would be mailed out and that I would receive trade-in credits toward my three new phones. Fast forward several months: no credits, no phones, and no accountability. All three devices were apparently "lost"--and I'm left footing a dramatically higher bill. To make matters worse, I was blatantly lied to about a watch promotion--something I later found out didn't even exist the way it was pitched. These salespeople will say anything to close a deal. They're unprofessional, dishonest, and deceptive. Trying to get answers has been a nightmare. Milford residents, beware. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else. If I could leave 0 I would. I bought 2 new phones and then was told since we are a biz account that we get some kind of business router for free. They did not tell us that it would be adding an additional line to our account. Went back within the 30 days to cancel and return and was told things were taken care of. Well verizon did not honor it and the store owner and manager are now not answering my calls to help me resolve something I never asked for. The scam on this is garbage and the quality they put into the guest service is even worse. Being in this community i recommended taking a small drive else where to seek help. read more

Watch Out! This store will sign you up for extras on the plan without you knowing about it. Over $50 a month add ons when I checked and had to call and get them removed from corporate. Very bad people behind the desk. Be very careful. I will be writing formal complaints also. read more

They scammed me and added a service "Visual Voicemail". It's taken me two calls to Verizon corporate and an hour of my life I will never get back. This place is ridiculous. They charge you a service fee for nothing in return besides a scam. read more

Beyond a horrible experience! Purchased new phone w/ trade in promotion and store LOST my trade in phone!!! Pam didn't seem to know what she was doing during the exchange transaction. After never receiving the $800 trade in credit, I am being told the store does not know what happened to my trade in phone and blaming me for the proper paperwork not being completed (as if I would know what paperwork is needed since I am not an employee of their store). Even more frustrating they conveniently have no camera footage and do not seem at all concerned that their employee took my phone, did not follow store policy with filling out trade in form. Or that I am not receiving the $800 promotional credit they offered me, and I am out the iPhone XR I traded in. Be cautious before visiting this store! Today was my first visit to the Milford Verizon store and I would recommend it to everyone. I had a very brief wait while a customer was being helped. I came in with 3 phones and 3 different problems. I was rattled while trying to explain each problem. Sean calmly listened and took care of each phone. I was in the store for less than 20 minutes! Stopped by at 12:45 pm on a Sunday for help on my Verizon iPhone to find the store closed with a handwritten sign saying they "Were closed due to Mandatory Lunch. Be back shortly". Funny that wasn't listed on the hours listed on the door. I have a business account thru Verizon and multiple phones and tablets. Michael at this store provides false information claiming upgrade fees are Verizon standard but they are not, only at these predatory authorized retailers. Go to a corporate store where they won't add unauthorized charges/fees to your account. LIES, LIES, LIES that is what you will get. Totally regret switching from ATT. The liars at the Milford store said my bill would be between $220 and $250. I am paying $330 now. All 5 off my devices were shut off because they never mailed my first bill or had email on record. They were kind enough to return 3 of the 5 charges. To bad the people at the Milford location will lie to make a deal. Not to mention all the time I have spent on the phone getting dicked around. They don't care. read more

This store owner is a deceiving con-artist who does NOT have your best interest at heart. He will not give you the full story and he will mislead you. He talked my student into a phone plan that she did not understand, called me at work and conned me into thinking he was explaining everything well. He talked he into called me at work to make the sale because it was so important that she take care of it right away. She misunderstood and thought she had 30 days to return and fix everything.....when we showed on day 15, it was one day late and even though corporate said he had the ability to provide customer service and take care it....he would not and got rude and in my face. Do not trust this store manager. He will not be honest with you. I went in to ask him questions and he talked me into so many circles until I was so confused. I asked specific questions about a 2 year contract that I wanted and even punched in the numbers on a calculator. When all was said and done the man tricked me and lied to me and I feel used and angry. Unfortunately, I did not fully realize it until after the 14 day period when my mom incidentally noticed it on her bill. This man will do anything for a sale.. RUN OUT OF HIS STORE. read more

This Verizon store would be one you would go to in a hurry, but beware! I went in to get a phone for my son. One of the employees wanted to sell me a phone that would be seven dollars a month. He put the phone in my sons hand talked it up, and said it was $199 total. (BTW: @$7 a month that total is $168) Turns out, the phone was actually $239 To buy it out right. He did the bait and switch. My son really wanted that phone. I was irritated, but he said he didn't realize it was that much and had the price wrong. I highly doubt that an employee at the Verizon store would not know the prices of the phones or the monthly charges. When he rang up the phone and gave us the total, it was $274. I thought that was kind of high (certainly not $199) and asked Him about it, and he said it was Michigan tax. So when we got home I looked over the bill on the receipt and realize that he charged me an additional $19.99 for some service. So I proceeded to call which he profusely apologized for overcharging me, and said that he would take it off. I hate going into the Verizon store and dealing with the sales people. They must all be on commission. I can see how the seniors Of our community can get totally robbed. You walk in and you have no idea what you're getting into. You honestly have to trust them.
