I've been here twice and have been treated like shit despite my patience. I used to work for T-Mobile and recently quit. I know the procedures and i still didn't come in being a know it all or rude. The employees have literally tossed an inactivated SIM card at me and told me to call customer service. When a customer service agent asked to speak to the woman the woman took the phone and aggravatedly said " WHAT could you need from me at the store?" How about for you to do your fucking job. I went to a T-Mobile in PSL and got both issues fixed in under 30 min. I hope y'all get roaches. read more

My go to TMO Store. They are TPR - Mobile Store Operators. Excellent service always. I think this is one of the busiest TMO stores ever. They are in Sweetwater so if you want to get some fire fritanga next door , you could OR if seafood is your thing, Cajun Boil is right next door as well. Can't go wrong with either. I was helped by Alex, tall Cuban guy, with blonde highlights. Great customer service. Very friendly. Helped me get upgraded to an iPhone 12 Pro Max, woohoo! Went to the store located at the International Mall. I was asked if I needed help, I mentioned to the gentleman that my cell kept locking on me, and every few seconds will ask for my password.Helooked at my cell and immediately said there is nothing I can do!! I said do you mind at least look at it a little further? He said nope there is nothing I can do. If I can find a way to give them a review less than 1 will say 0.He was awful , will never go back to that store at the International Mall. After that bad experience My husband and I decided to go to the other store located at Flager and 102 a young asked my name what he can help me with, I explained the same issue that at the store at the International Mall, within 5 minutes he fixed my phone and I was a very happy customer. I will always go back to Armando a very nice person. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would without hesitation my store experience was horrible the transaction was a complete disaster Enrique did whatever he wanted with the transaction and went fast making too many mistakes in the process. Almost made me reconsider if I still wanted T-Mobile or not just off the customer service. There needs to be better customer service, management, and energy. read more

All the employees at this store should be FIRED. They are all thieves. If you're planning to buy anything at this store or get into any plan pay close attention to what they're selling and NEVER believe there are free lines. I bought a new iPhone 12 pro max and they give a 2 new lines. They said it was for free. I also bought an Apple Watch and they said I would get one for free. I paid that day $460 for a phone and an Apple Watch because everything else was supposed to be "promotions" (free), right? I got my phone and my watch but the "free watch" had to come back later because they will bring it from a different store because they run out of them. I came back later and they didn't have my watch. They said to come in 2 days when they didn't have it in two days either. Then, I decided not to pick it up. I was tired of this BS, and since it was "free" I said- ok, f.. it. The end of the story... on my next bill they were charging me $150 more. When I called and got into details with my bill... guess what? They sold me 2 lines so I was paying two new lines (were not for free), I was paying the second watch that I never picked up and it's line, and I was also paying the new phone insurance which I said I didn't want it. My advice, think it twice to buy anything at this store and if you do... don't trust them. THEY ARE THIEFS Don't know the name of the seller but the manager Alexis knew about the watch and he was the one who always talked to me every time I went to get the watch. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Im never one to complain but this store needed it. Since the moment I went into the store one of the representatives was walking towards me and told another "if its a problem I am sending it your way", I've worked in customer service for the past 10 years and I would never say such a thing in front of a client. Whether the client is coming with a problem or a sale, you do not say that. I remained quiet and when I told her that the contact center sent me to get verified to be able to process a refund, this lady told me that I had to call. I explained to her that the contact center told me that the store has to call; and she had a whole back and forth with me. I walked out and went to the next nearest Tmobile to get helped. What all this sums up to me, is that she did not want to work; whats the point of working with the public and ask what the client needs when people walk in with that attitude and laziness. Very upset and disappointed with the employees in this store. So many years with Tmobile and never did I have a problem. read more

Terrible customer service! Walked in here at 4:00pm on a Monday and waited 15 minutes for service; not one person acknowledged our presence. I went to the counter to ask whether we needed to sign in and the gentleman said, "we know you're the next customer". We proceeded to wait another 10 minutes and finally gave up. They won't be getting our business anytime soon! read more

On Sept 9 i did a trade in this T-mobile dealer located at 10130 W Flagler St, Miami FL 33174 were they offered me 500 dollars for my IPhone 11 trade for the new IPhone 14 Pro, they checked the device which was in excellent condition, but they told me they were not allowed to receive any device on trade right there in the store, they printed a label for me to send it by USPS, device was received by T-mobile properly and they sent me a confirmation, this month i received a bill of 323 dollars, i went to the store to see what's going on, they told me they have nothing to do with that, that i had to call to T-mobile, i called and i talked to Karen who told me that obviously there was a mistake, she was trying to fix it but, she told me that the amount they offered me in the store was wrong, it was only going to be 400 for the device, T-mobile has not credited me yet, and karen CS representative and Alexis manager of this store, any of those can't solve my problem, the reflection in this complaint is first of all T-mobile need to understand that they can't cheat loyalty customers, if you say 500 is 500 not then 400, that is scam, and you lose the main thing that a business must have to keep a customer, THE TRUST, shame on T-mobile and any of you guys reading this complaint, if you are thinking on doing business with T-mobile, please don't do it, sooner or later, they will scam you. read more

Horrible service, our sales rep was boasting about how he had 2 sales going on, sold me things I didn't need for my phone and didn't tell me that I had to pay for them, didn't care about any questions I had, was too worried about the other people he was sharking. Horrible service. The employees are so unprofessional. Were talking about "hot girls" to each other in front of customers. What in the world? They're also not properly trained at all. All I wanted to know was which phone I could use for jump on demand so the girl told me and I picked one. Then she went to the back, came back and said it had to be another phone. Should've told me that in the first place.... Just very horrible service.employees only care about joking around and talking about random personal issues in front of customers. Avoid at all costs. Apparently asking questions when upgrading your device warrants unwanted changes to your account. Had a sales associate screw with my account, because he didn't like the fact that I decided not to order my phone through their store since they incurred extra charges. Have spent 3 hours talking to customer service trying to undo the mess he did. Hope he gets fired. read more
