It's not right that you're not told the whole story about different fees and charges when you sign up. I am really disappointed after receiving a bill for over $250.00.

The agent I worked with seems to be more senior in responsibility and that could be why. The customer service I received was excellent and I felt like I was treated like a person. While doing a data transfer he politely told me he would need to work with another customer while it finished, but I expect that as it was busy at the time. I did not like having to go into the mall and other customers did not seem to be having the same good time with other agents and that's why I rounded down to 3 stars.
