Rudest sales person I have ever encountered. I went in to…read morestore to ask questions about my phone because I use TELUS for my cell provider and home. I was told that TELUS had nothing to do with my phone. Fibre Optik fibre is TV and internet only I was told not my phone. The woman treated me like was stupid. I left without explaining that because I live in the country in a highly wooded area I needed WiFi for my phone whenever at home and the TELUS wifi does not like my phone or iPad. I had the same problem with Roger's and they fixed it for me. I am a certified systems analyst and can write code to fix programs. Don't tell me what my phone can or cannot do. Just because I am 76 does not mean I am your grandma. I am not stupid. I am however PISSED and contemplating going back to Roger's !
