Getting the rebate to pay off my old device thru their promotion has been a nightmare. Starting with the associate at the store saying they had taken care of it. To finding out they had not and having to continually call customer support and being told that it was fixed only to find out more than once that they had not fixed the issue. Are you kidding me went to Sprint/T-MOBILE at 10 am today 3/15/22 representative in the store fussing around, 10:15 am door still locked called the store Question: are you open? Answer: NO Question: When will be open? Answer: WHAT? my response we you have folks outside waiting to be let in. Phone gets disconnected, guy comes out "We're not open today, we're expecting difficulties". Question: why isn't their a sign up? Answer: we don't do that here! The experience with the associate was frustrating because 1) she didn't communicate the offers and deals accurately 2) had lots of issues with the computer system 3) I couldn't understand or hear what she was saying because the store's acoustic was horrible and there were other customers in the store talking over eachother-all the audio sounded muddled and it was so distracting. Raymond, the store manager stepped in a few times to help out earlier, which was a relief but the rest of the time I just couldn't stay and wait around for. I tried to add another line and phone but ended up just getting frustrated from the discombobulated and left. They displayed phones they didn't offer in store but could ship to your home . That would mean coming back to the store to get it configured after it arrives. For some, that might be ok, but I have limited time and need it done in the store. read more

Scammers!! Prepaid account shut off and moved to att so since it was prepaid it should be zero owed but a couple months later receive a bill from creditor. Zero bills sent before this letter. They seriously couldn't send us a bill with a due date!???? Now they ticked us off so won't be paid, just scammers! We moved our phones cuz you can't get service anywhere where we live with T-Mobile and never expected this. Ridiculous. read more

The T-Mobile coverage map is a fraud. I have contacted T-Mobile multiple times over lack of coverage that according to their map should have 4 g with no problem. They even admitted that they cannot give coverage in my location and I am in a Mid sized city in Washington only 25 miles from Metro Portland. They cannot improve the coverage because they are not building any towers in my area. The nearest one according to the FCC Map is 28 miles away. So I get coverage when the weather is clear and when it rain like it does most of the time I get slow or no service to speak of and sometimes no voice either. I am tired of the spinning wheel. Of course I get no break in price either. read more

Two stars for final billing policy. Beware that if you change service AWAY from T-Mobile, you will be charged the full month for service, even if you disconnect EARLY in your billing cycle. I'd recommend going online and changing your plan at T-mobile to the lowest possible charges FIRST, THEN go to your new provider to transfer the service. Otherwise if you have an expensive plan, you're going to pay for the whole month at the HIGHER rate even if you haven't used it. Staff and customer service has been great and I have no complaints about T-mobile use locally, but when I travel as I often go, there are too many dead spots along small highways. read more

Be careful when considering T Mobile for your carrier, you may run into the same situation my wife and I did. On Dec.17th we went to this location and inquired about switching from Sprint to T Mobile. I have a S6 Samsung, my wife a S7. We were told my phone wouldn't work but my wifes would. In the conversation the manager , Ray said, oh no, looks like you can have 2 free S9's, which he wrote down. Today we went in to sign up, and was told by another employee that we could only receive one free phone, and after taking my wife's phone apart we were told it wouldn't work on their network and we would have to buy her a new phone. The manager Ray, was called on his day off and he told us he had read the promotion wrong, really? And he's the manager...Well, there was no attempt to satisfy the customer, except to hear several times about corporate policy...Needless to say we will not be returning to that location! Poor customer service and unfamiliarity of promotions. read more
