Go in the store expecting the same run around and man, was I wrong. Ika was the one "lucky" enough to help me. Granted, it took time...but she was phenomenal. Got both lines straightened out and was NOTHING but friendly and courteous the entire time. She even offered to make the call to my family member to get their phone going again. She has changed my impression of TMobile for now....but if I EVER need detailed, techy help again, Ika will be THE first person I call. 5 phone calls to the help desk did nothing but frustrate. SO glad I went to this busy location and found Ika. GREAT customer service with her!!!!

i was sold the wrong iphone. i was very clear what i wanted. when i got home, and was setting up…read morethe phone, i realized it was the wrong size. unfortunately the employee did not go over the bill with me, and tell me about a connection fee, so the final price sounded accurate. i came back the next day to get the correct phone, but they wanted to charge me a $40 restocking fee even though it was an employee mistake. they were unwilling to waive it. making customers pay for employee mistakes is a terrible policy.
