I love they stopped the 2 year contracts, all you need to do is pay for your phone. That is awsome. They also now have iphone (which i hate). I am an android head for life. The one on one service here is a bit slow at times. There are usually only 2 people working and therefore only 2 people getting help at a time. I only come into here when I have to. All other tech support stuff, I call 611 from my cell phone to get customer service/tech support. This store is tucked in beside Starbucks off Winchester road. Not the best location, but gets the job done.

It took 3 days to get me scheduled. They didn't show up when scheduled (Wednesday between 8 am - 12.). When I called, the woman who scheduled me couldn't find me on their schedule and couldn't explain why. Tech finally showed up after 4:30 pm (a whole day wasted waiting on them) but couldn't fix my fridge. He called the office twice and took pictures, saying he thought the problem may be non serviceable. Next day the parts manager called saying they had to order parts so they couldn't come back till the next Thursday (3-5 pm). 8 more days with no fridge but I was ASSURED it was fixable and they could get the parts. Still had not called or shown up by 4:30 pm on Thursday so I called them. They were closed. I finally got a call around 4:45 pm from the owner who spent at least 30 minutes making excuses and apologizing for their lack of communication. He finally got around to admitting they messed up. Turns out if the parts manager or the owner had listened to the tech and looked at the pictures, they would have known the fridge was non-serviceable, claim could have been filed the week before when they first came out and I could have gotten a new fridge in a couple of days. Because of their lack of communication and concern, we were without a refrigerator for 14 days. If I could give a rating of negative 10, I would. To say we were unhappy and dissatisfied with this company is an understatement!

I bought a new phone and discovered 5 days later a local store has the same phone for $50 less. The store also did not apply a discount for upgrading our phone. I took the phone, charger, etc back with the receipt and was advised there are no returns. The fact most other competing boost stores around central ky give you seven days, not to mention a better price and dont keep your upgrade discount, doesn't matter. When I asked for the owner, I was advised there isnt one. I guess the store is owned by mythical elf creatures because neither they or the store owner exist.
