    Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! A few months ago they sent me a "booster" tower to get…read morebetter service in my home. It worked fine for the time I had it. It stopped working a few days ago so I called. They put me through to a 3rd party rep overseas. He told me that they discontinued the tower and could not explain why I wasn't notified. Our phones stopped working inside the house. He then had us perform meaningless resets which didn't work at all. We continue to have 1 bar in the house. After wasting an hour with this guy, he told me to return the tower to a local T-Mobile store to get my deposit back, which I tried to do. After waiting for about 20 minutes, the store rep told me that I was given misinformation- they don't accept the boosters in the store. T-Mobile's customer service is horrible, their service is pitiful, and they raised our price by $10.00 a month after guaranteeing that my rate was locked in for life. If you are considering going with this lousy company, DON'T DO IT!

She also provided wrong information pertaining to switching cell phone providers. As my first experience with TMobile it left a bad taste in my mouth. A store manager should be honest and informative ensuring customers are pleased with the service provided. I will never go back to that store. Nor would I recommend the Bayville location to my family, friends or to my clients. The problem that the store manager created was time consuming on my behalf. It involved me calling the TMobile 611 number to resolve my issue. Thank you Nicole from the rebate department for your professional, outstanding, courteous, service resolving the problem that the Bayville store manager created. Nicole went above and beyond exceeding my expectations which I greatly appreciate.

    BEWARE OF THIS STORE. FRAUDS AND LIES We bot two new phones…read moreand the t-mobile gateway for internet. We changed from verizon. Onne of our iphones was supposed to be free as well as Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV and Paramount+ ALL LIES, and the manager was nasty and did not care one bit about our cmplaint. The only thing ws got was Netflix. On top ofnotgetting the other platforms, they were charging us over 600 dollars for the supposed frre phone. We ended up going to T-Mobile Experience store in Toms River. We were able to get our other networks and ended up returning t he phone and going back to our old phone. Dan in TR was great. When the manager heard what we went through with the Barnegat store, she was putting through a complaint to corporate. No one could believe what the Barnegat idiots did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IN BARNEGAT. IT IS WORTH THE TRIP TO TOMS RIVER.

He asked how could he help us and I responded by saying I was hoping someone could help us lower our phone bill. He instantly had an attitude. He said you can do that on the my Verizon App and instructed us to do that instead of him helping us. I replied I understand that but we wanted to come here to have someone go over it with us. He was so nasty, he looked our account up and proceeded to tell us we were getting the best deals and that we should have went onto the app in the first place. My husband then started to get an attitude and was like hey buddy don't talk to me like I'm some piece of shit there is no need for the attitude. John flipped and was like the moment you walked in you had an attitude and start getting angry and told us to go somewhere else. When another employee started to come over and calm the situation, John couldn't stop he was just going on and on about how we did this and that. My 3 year old daughter was sitting on the chair patiently while all this is going on in which I walked over to grab her hand and walk her out as he was standing up as if he was about to touch my child and pull her out of the seat. I will never go back to that store. John does not need to work in customer service. I will be contacting everyone I can to make sure he can't treat anyone else that way.
