Time was of the essence because we were leaving on a trip in a couple of days. I then decided to give J & S Phone Repair a try, and spoke to Peter who assured me he could get a replacement screen in a day or two. I had never heard of his business before but decided to give him a try, and am very glad I did! I brought the laptop to his store after I spoke to him on a Monday, and not only did Peter do an excellent job of replacing the screen, but also had it ready the very next day, Tuesday, sooner than he first estimated...and...made it look even newer than before! I have never had anything repaired so quickly and was truly impressed to say the least! I will highly recommend J&S Phone Repair on Rt 88 in Brick, NJ to all my family members and friends who might need his services. In addition, I felt the price he charged was fair and reasonable since Apple products are not inexpensive. Thank you, again, Peter, for coming through for us in such a short timespan and we hope this review generates more business for you in the future. Best of luck, Anne Ragucci and my granddaughter, Cora.

Then I was told the front glass would probably need replacing bc soldering the port would break it. Desperate for my phone back I okayed this. I picked up my phone and was very happy. Two days later, my new screen broke. It wasn't dropped or hit. It just broke. I noticed it didn't sit flush at the home key like it did. I brought it back in and was informed they are never like they were out of the factory. If I knew this prior, I would not have wasted my $160. Now I have a broken screen on a phone that needed a port. Dante gave me a $5 screen protector to prevent the crack from spreading. It was mirrored so now it requires the display be turned up without Battery Saver on to see the screen. This drains the new $75 battery. My phone is ruined. I will never go back. Dante told me he would get back to me to see what he could do but a family member is ill. My husband was just diagnosed with cancer. At the end of the day, I'm still without $160 and the phone I loved so much. I purchased a new phone. I am writing this long review so others will think twice before fixing their phones. If screens are not guaranteed to last longer than 2 days, why do it? You wont be forewarned that this can and may happen to you

My husband had his iPhone 5 repaired by Jersey Shore iPhone Repair last summer and I know this post…read moreis coming very late, but it is well overdue. He cracked his iPhone screen again recently and I realized how lucky we were in going to JSiR. To start, he quoted an initial price, but when we returned to pick it up he informed us that he had forgotten about a Groupon deal he was running and honored that price without us even knowing about it or having bought the Groupon. He was honest when he didn't have to be. In cracking the screen last summer my husband had also bent the metal casing so it had to be bent back in order to get the new screen to fit. It wasn't easy and we had to wait a bit for the technician to do it. In getting his iPhone fixed this time, my husband not only had to pay for the new screen, but also had to pay extra to have them bend the metal casing back, which JSiR never charged for. Please accept my apologies for not posting this sooner, but you did a great job and my husband never had any issues with his iphone ever, until last night when he dropped it again that is :( Too bad we're in NYC now and not still down at the shore!
