But recently I have had something very important that came up that required me to go to the Lending Bear on Blanding Blvd. First, let me say that I was a sales trainer in real estate for many years, and second, I knew no one at this location. Because of my background, I have the habit of sort of studying any salespeople I am dealing with in my personal life. I initially called and spoke with a very upbeat, positive lady named "Venus". She was excellent on the phone, and when I arrived at the store, I wanted to make sure I was able to see her specifically (I like dealing with professional's). She was so incredibly helpful to me that I felt compelled to write this review and brag on her a little. If I ran a company like this, I would try to surround myself with people like this. On the phone for a Sony A7ii camera by its self they told us $400 for selling and $500 for loan. Brought it in same day with 2 separate lenses, (one of them being a canon lens with an adapter worth $800), 4 batteries, battery charger, and a big camera bag. and they really offered $180 for everything. That camera, bag, batteries, and lenses are worth over $1,500 USED. On top of all that the two workers there were arguing about the price and how to type it in one saying $400 one saying $180. They don't know what they're doing at all. Seems like trying to scam people.

This company is filled with incompetent employees who don't care about others or their property. I was already in the area shopping so I decided to stop by and see if this location had it. Good grief. This store was packed with items. It looks like they may have been trying to restock the store but there aren't enough staff to do so. Even items that were still in their boxes were in the hallway to the bathrooms. They had 2 cashiers but one closed, and as soon as they did that the other cashier's line grew ridiculously fast, forcing them to reopen. I was able to find the lemon dishwasher freshener pretty easily in the back. Supposedly it lasts for 60 cycles so we will see. I also found some Hallmark cards, Xmas bags, some doggie treats, and clothes hangers. I completely understand it's the holiday season and things happen but I hope that they can get their store in order.

Their Google listing says they're "open 24 hours," but when you call and select the option for current customers, the number is disconnected. My wife and I have been calling nonstop for over a week trying to reach someone. When I finally got a human on the phone, they weren't even in the same state and had zero clue who I was or anything about my account. I don't know if the company was sold, shut down, or is just completely mismanaged now -- but whatever happened, this is NOT the service I signed up for. Zero communication, zero accountability, and apparently zero treatments. Avoid at all costs.

Through her recommendation, I found a stone. I made the trip (an hour away from my house) to drop off the stone but just missed meeting with Donna/her son. Luckily there was another person next door that accepted the stone for me and relayed a message to Donna that I had stopped by. Donna immediately called me because I hadn't made an appt. That was my fault. I should've done so but I was able to send photos via email for what I needed done. Donna was very pleasant and so gracious. I can't wait to get the stone back!! I saw samples of B&B's work when I dropped of my stone.......... AMAZING!!!!!!!!
