Picked up a phone. Then verizon corporate disabled the phone as they couldn't verify my identity. (Yes even tho they ran my creidt and have my ID and picture i had to upload and picked up the device in store) They told me to return the phone. So i did then they tacked on a $50 restocking fee for following their instructions Already have bbb and fcc complaint submitted They seemed polite in store and it looked clean. I did make an appointment but not sure why because it looked like they were still doing first come first serve. I may be wrong about this as I didn't confirm it. read more

I've been pretty loyal to one particular phone company, however, they were bought out a few months ago. Now, this isn't a knock on either provider as they served me well while I was them. This is to note how easy of transition it was and how welcomed I felt to be apart of this new family. Recently, the new iPhone 15 was introduced and there was a sale that offered a new phone, amongst other detailed information. I'd had the same phone for several years and was past due for an upgrade. After doing some research, my cousin and I decided to be apart of the Verizon network. One of the reps, Sam, helped ease of minds on plans and discounts with the number of lines we added. She also told us about their $200 credit we'd receive once we activated our new lines .. who doesn't want $200? So far so good, customer and phone service has held up to standard. I'd imagine they'll probably go over and beyond for their customers and I plan on sticking around to find out. To be honest, I am locked in for the next three years away. read more

Well once upon a time I had wanted a Samsung SO BAD. So my mom got me one in Verizon, it took long, but who cares! I earned it!

Bad time management . At 5:34 pm on Friday November 15th 2024 They told me 25 min wait time. I waited over an hour. When I was next in line they said they couldn't help me because the store was going to close at 7pm. They didn't offer to make an appointment and the employee that came to assist me came from out of no where. The whole hour I was waiting to be helped , this employee was in the building but not seen by the customers for over an hour. Very unsatisfactory customer service! Please help this store out with better assistant manager and employees that truly put the customer first. Thank you. read more

My wife's phone was about to give up the ghost when Sam came to our rescue. Her knowledge and professionalism made getting my wife's new phone absolutely effortless. I would highly recommend the Verizon store by the airport and ask for Sam. Verizon needs more people like Sam. read more

I walked in expecting to just look and see what I could of gotten the next time I came back but to my understanding the deals that they have are perfect do the people who need better plans, I was helped by a employee named Abe who made things way easier and simple to get in and get out. Horrible service... Upgraded my iphone and was told by the Verizon (phone representative) that instead of waiting for the phone to shipped out to me, I could present to this particular Verizon location being that this was the location closest to my home and retrieve my new phone, as long as I had my ID considering I was the account owner. Well once presenting I had my ID in my readily available & was told by the some supposedly manager (short funny built, stout Hispanic female) with dark curly hair that I would also need to present the credit card that I used when conducting the transaction over the phone when paying to upgrade my phone. She was RUDE, needless to mention unprofessional therefore, I totally cancelled the order and went elsewhere! Now sure "why" she needed to see my credit card again, in-which I didn't even have the card (itself in the first place). I used my Applepay card which is totally stored in my digital wallet on my iPhone! She refused to look at the digital card info to validate this is the same card info. She wanted the physical hard card! I called in to speak with a Verizon representative and she refused to communicate effectively with the phone representative implying that is the store policy! Soooo they lost a customer that day!!!!! read more

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. After attempting to get a new phone, replacing one already on our plan, we spent hour on the phone due to the corporation who does not at all give any power to the local stores so that when we went in to try to solve the issue we saw that they were powerless to do anything. AHHH!!! We finally, after 1.5 hours on hold, were able to change an old e-mail address (which was why we couldn't purchase a new phone and no-one figured this out). After purchasing the phone, we were told we could transfer everything through an app, which we were able to do. However, we still can't get the phone activated; and we can't get ahold of anyone on customer service; what a joke, customer service. What an awful experience. I think tomorrow we will be looking for another carrier. read more

I stopped in here to buy a new phone and I didn't feel like I got totally ripped off. But yet you know you did on some level, like buying a car. You never feel good walking out. I hope I picked out the right phone because it's mine for the next 24 months!! Time will tell... On my first visit I got immediate attention, I'd give the salesperson A for effort but a D for helpfulness. He really did nothing to help me select the best phone. On my second visit, I had to wait because customers were in front of me. However, when one of the salespeople were free they chose to jump into a conversation their coworker was having with a customer instead of waiting on me. I've delt with Ken the past two times I've been there and sure he helped get my phone on my husband's plan the first time, but the second time is what put a bad taste in my mouth. I came in looking to upgrade my iPhone 5 back to an Android system, namely the Samsung S5 since it was waterproof - I have a tendency to drop my phone in the toilet when it's in my back pocket. Anyways, Ken told me the price it would be if I bought it at the Verizon store here but said that I should go to Best Buy or Walmart and get it for cheaper than get it at the store here. Being the shop savvy person I am, I found it for cheaper at Walmart under the Verizon plan...sure I got a good deal, but they had an issue porting my existing number onto the phone and I had to get a new plan and number. After going in to a different Verizon store and then calling Verizon 2 times, we FINALLY got everything taken care of. I don't care if you know people can get phones somewhere cheaper, you should have more pride in your job and company to take care of guests when they come into your store. read more

Always good service with lots of helpful people. Usually pretty busy but they do a good job keeping up.

One of the sales people and the manager went out of their way to fix my 85-year-old mother's apple iPhone that had gotten locked. I really appreciate the extra steps they took to make sure the phone worked. They went out of their way and you just don't see that in this day. I will highly recommend this store based on the only time I've been in there. read more
