I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and wanted to try on a few items in the fitting room before making a purchase. When I asked to use the fitting room, the sales associate--who I later realized was the manager--responded in a way that felt rude and unnecessary. She told me that I was limited to six items, not to leave a mess, and that the store closes at 8. While I understand store policies and closing times, the way it was communicated felt dismissive and accusatory. I had just come from the gym and was dressed casually, and I couldn't help but feel that assumptions were made about me based on my appearance, as if I were going to leave a mess in the fitting room. As a frequent Nike shopper, I found this interaction disappointing and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, the same manager switched places with another associate so she wouldn't have to assist me at the register. I've always had positive experiences shopping with Nike, which is why this stood out so much. I hope this feedback helps ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.. Selection Tough part of the experience is they have really good sales so hopefully you know your sizes so you can be self served by yourself since associates are not approachable or act like their job is not to help or talk to you! Value Loyal Nike shopper but this experience is why I tend to just shop on Nike online.

I would give them a -10 if I could. First, let me say that there are 2 type of Verizon stores. The…read morefirst is Verizon Corporate. The second is Authorized Retailers. The store being reviewed here is the second type. I would recommend not doing business with this store. I'll tell you what happened to me, and you can decide if this store is ripping people off. I lost my phone and bought a similar replacement, but it did not include a sim card. I called Verizon support for help. They said I could go to a corporate store nearby, and get a sim card for free, or I could go to another closer store and get it for around $10. Pressed for time, I decided to go to the closer store and just pay the $10. When I got there, I told the person helping me I needed a sim card and showed him the phone. He told me the sim card would be $10, plus $40 for activation. I asked him if I could just take the sim card, go home and put it in (which anyone can do in about 2 minutes), could I activate it from my online account? He said no. I asked him if I went to the Corporate store and got the sim card for free, would they still charge me $40 for activation? He said yes, I have to pay $40 for activation no matter what I do. I said OK, well do it, and paid $53 on a credit card. I went home and did an online inquiry about this. The answer was - if its adding a replacement phone on an existing line, no activation is needed, just put the sim card in the phone and you are good to go. I called Verizon support and they told me the same thing. When I told them what happened, they said they could not refund the credit card, but would deduct the $40 from my next bill. A short time later, I was reviewing my emails, and saw the receipt from the Verizon store. Here is what the $39.99 line item description said: "OTFENS000031 Set Up and Go Service Smartphone 1 $39.99 $39.99". OK, not "Activation". It appears they are charging $39.99 for putting the sim card in the phone, and telling people it's "Activation". Like I said, anyone can put the sim card in a couple of minutes. My 3 year old granddaughter could probably do it with a little help.

I felt the way this particular location operates needs to be addressed and highlighted to anyone…read morewho is seeking to change cellular carriers. If you are one who is looking to change carriers and is going to AT&T DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I specifically dealt with Elijah and although he is very friendly, unfortunately he is not well informed and does not know how the corporate organization of AT&T works. I recently changed carriers from Verizon to AT&T and at the time of transferring I worked with this particular location (specifically with Elijah) to understand what deals are available and what would be offered to me. At the time of purchasing new phones from this location I was confidently informed that my monthly bill would be a certain amount and that I would qualify for incentives pertaining to AT&T's switcher program. I was shown what these costs would accumulate to (from the devices they use in their store) and was told that these would be the costs associated with my account over the next 3 years. I was told that although these are "estimated" costs, they would be close to those figures and any difference would be minimal. With regards to the switcher program, I informed Elijah that my current phones are paid off and I questioned whether I would qualify for this program. At that time, prior to signing, I was confidently told yes I would qualify and I would just need to submit the necessary paperwork to AT&T (upon signing, receiving my phones and activating my account). It has now been 1 month under AT&T and my first bills are in. I am shocked and appalled on how drastically different the actual bills are versus what I was told. Specifically, I was told my first payment would be around $300.00 (due to one time fee's such as phone activation fee's - there are a total of 3 phones on my plan for context). In reality my first bill is $411! I was told/shown my monthly bill would then be $185.00 a month; however, it is actually $245.00! As for the switcher program, I was told that although my previous phones were paid off, I would qualify for this program and could receive up to $2400.00 (for all 3 lines transferred). However, after submitting the paper I was told that I do not qualify because my phones were paid off. Upon learning all of these inconsistencies I returned and spoke with Elijah and although he continued to remained pleasant, his explantations changed. He now pointed the finger at corporate AT&T and said that although he believed the prices he gave were accurate, ultimately AT&T decides how they charge. Bottom line is I was hustled and I signed to AT&T based on all the false promises and supposed incentives which were being offered. I am now in a 3 year contract and my cell phone bill is $60.00 a month OVER what this location said it would be. Please be mindful of this location and do not trust anything which you are told. I pride myself on making the right decisions and being aware of scams, but unfortunately I walked right into this one.

We weren't sure what we wanted, the owner came out and looked at the property, helped us plan how it could be set up. We bought it. Paid 1/2 in advance. After the 4 weeks lead time, I followed up. It seemed like something was forgotten. And it would still be a couple of weeks. We waited. Day of installation finally arrived. We are required to pay remaining balance that day. Before installation is complete. They start the installation. Initially said it would be 2 days. They get it done in one day. As soon as they leave my husband notices that the last 1/3 of the twisty slide is practically vertical. The whole family tries it. We all get launched out of this slide. I call immediately to say that this isn't going to work. After several weeks of back and forth, we finally get them out here to address this slide. They show up at 5pm to do this work. With small kids, this isn't appropriate. They rush around trying to beat the day light, walk away with a slide that is less vertical, however now there's about a 3' drop of the bottom of the slide to the ground. With the explanation of "get a mat to catch them". Also unacceptable and it's communicated immediately. But now it's late and now we need to wait some more. Daily phone calls from both me and my husband. And we finally get commitment that they will fix it. And come during daylight so it's not rushed. Several hours again and it's "better" but barely satisfactory. I would've loved to tear it down and send it back and get my money back. It was exhausting and easier to walk away than deal with them any longer. Don't fall into this trap. Spend your money, time and energy elsewhere.
