My recent experience at the T-Mobile store had exceeded all my expectations. I was able to go in and be taken care of immediately and be told about promotions and other deals that the app wasn't showing me. I was helped by a young man named Noah. He was very insightful and helped get me the best deal possible while making sure my bi stayed at a decent rate will definitely be back if I have any issues and will recommending all my friends and family if they have any tech issues or questions to go to yall!! read more

had a bad experience with an employee named Michael too uptight, had a little attitude , very difficult to work with not even trying to help me resolve my issue. Playing Mr. tough guy. that's not how customer service works. Be more kind more gentle more welcoming be more willing to help me resolve the issue. I came in simply to have my card adjusted and he had to make it a whole big deal. Something that would've took two seconds took about 15 minutes of him, trying to get information me. They will add insurance to new phones without your permission. They will lie to you about products and promotions and what they actually will cost. They will try to charge you restocking fees when they aren't supposed to. All around REALLY awful t-mobile store. And besides the lying, some of the workers are really rude. read more

I ordered a new phone on October 17th. After speaking with David the store rep and making $150 down payment I was assured that yesterday my phone would be ready. Once I went to the store they gave me the phone, then after an hour I was told that T-Mobile wouldn't take my trade in. Instead of taking the new phone back they canceled the order made me ship the new phone back and would have to place a new order. On top of that they told I would have to wait 2 weeks to get my down payment back. I ended up resolving the issue with customer service. However as he was glad to take my money and get a commission I was put in a bad position when I went to get the phone. Bad customer service. I went to get a pre paid sim card for a family member visiting. The representative (Amber) would not even give me the options before she started processing the sale. She didn't tell me there was an activation fee. She signed for me in the receipt ( I realized this when I got home) and at the end I said thank you and she just said "mhm". read more

This T-Mobile is located in a small shopping plaza in Glen Ridge, bordering Montclair. It's in a convenient location if you want to hit up a few shops at once, like T-Mobile, Panera Bread, and Rock Paper Scissors (one of the best craft store in the area btw). The T-Mobile is on the side by Smashburger. There is free parking in the private lot of the shopping plaza. The only negative is that it's a tight squeeze and can be anxiety-inducing when it gets busy. However, it's still a very convenient location and a good T-Mobile store. Good customer service and nice looking place. I would recommend it if you can deal with the shopping plaza when it gets crowded. read more

After a full day at Willowbrook mall kiosk, seven hours of troubleshooting, eight or nine phone calls , having been sold things I did not need or understand--I arrived at the store in tears and Kim, a customer service rep, got on the phone with T-Mobile and did not relent until she decreased my monthly output to the minimum possible, notated my account with everything that had happened, found someone to take responsibility for the connectivity issues, solved my question about digits, wrote down all the information for me on a piece of paper, and offered her personal number to follow up on any issues.
