My replacement phone was deliver to this store by accident and I was not happy. Overall I didn't enjoy my experience in the store because I felt like they were not prepared to complete the task. This was the longest that I have ever spent on a tmobile store to get a replacement device. What made it even worse was there was no where for customers to sit. I had to sit on the floor because I was in the store for almost 2 hours. They had to transfer my information over Wi-Fi because they did not have the wires to do it. read more

I came in here a few months ago to switch my service from Sprint to T-mobile. The cuztomer service they gave me was fantastic. The girls there were extremely patient with my needs and all my questions. They were compassionate to see how difficult Sprint was with me and understood why i was dropping Sprint to begin with from listeing in on the awful customer service. There was one particular girl i forgot her name but she was 8 months pregnant running around to help me and was so amazingly patient. 2 months later i had an issue with my gift card that was given to me electronically for the pay off of sprint. I went to the Edison location on Parsonage Road. The associate there was very difficult and refused to help me but when i returned the second time i was able to speak to a manager who was extremely helpful and assisted with my needs for my phone service. Today i called the customer service to follow up on my rebate for the buy one get one free phone. I spoke to Irily who literally has a voice of an angel. She was over and beyond helpful. she forwarded me to rebate customer service represetative Robert. Robert wasnt as delightful as Irily. in fact he was yelling at me how i messed up on the rebate without allowing me to even answer him or ask another question. I felt like like maybe he was confused that i was not his customer but a personal friend he was arguing with the way he spoke to me. Im assuming that this phone call was being monitored bc Irily (the angel) called me back immediately to follow up on the call. I explained to her what happened and before i could finish she was apologetic and seemed to be embarassed from the actions Robert had done to handle my concerns. So she forwarded me to Ivan who was just as apologetic and further assisted me to make me feel like i was an important customer. I was in awe with the customer service i received from Irily and Ivan. Its been a very long time that i received such phenominal customer service from a cell phone carrier. Im glad i switched to T-Mobile. read more

Until you need it! Never think about warranty coverage or service. I bought a new iPhone X from Apple store with no designated supplier and decided to switch from Verizon (previous phone) to T mobile for my new phone. I went to local t mobile store with new phone in box to activate new service on my new phone. I purchased monthly warranty coverage, purchased maximum coverage. 2 years later the phone fell and t mobile said it needs replacement but monthly coverage paid for for past 2 years would not be honored because their computer says its a 'Verizon phone.' I explained that it was neither purchased from Verizon nor ever had anything but t mobile service. I purchased TMobile warranty coverage which you offered and I accepted and paid for monthly for past 2 years. They nevertheless insisted it was a Verizon phone and as such their service agreement provided would not be honored nor refunded. After speaking to their manager, I spoke to Apple who looked up the registration and verified that it was indeed purchased as an unassigned phone and only registered for t mobile service. What a scam. Should sue them for breach of contract but too costly, so will do the next best thing and switch carriers. On top of that they were insistent and rude and their service /coverage is for shit. Well sometimes you only learn when things go wrong! Buyer BEWARE!! Price might be little better but the service in every respect is much much worse!! read more
