Mo was great. My husband had lost his contacts when the Apple store folks (they are great also normally) put a new front on his I-phone. I'm hoping I got the location right... We were assisted by the assistant manager, Raul, who was fantastic! We ran into a problem getting my mom's new Apple Watch synched. He got the problem resolved and was so personable and friendly. He was on the ball and made sure we were taken care of swiftly. We actually visited twice in one day because my mom got me a new phone. Raul talked me into getting another iPhone. I appreciated his honesty. He steered me away from buying the phones I wanted for a more user - friendly one. Don't ever go to this store, today I traded my 3g phone for promotion deal $430 off and this Vietnamese girl manager tried to reject my old phone, even though no broken screen and no water damage, she used flash light to check it and gave 2 other persons to check it too, and then she went inside for another 10 minutes and came out and said something was missing, so she rejected. I traded my first phone from other store a day before but they did not check like her, as long as no broken screen and no water damage is good because all 3 G phone will be recycled anyway. I came here to switch over from AT&T and this was the closest store to where I live. Once I arrived at the store, I was greeted immediately! The person who helped me out was Kevin. He was very thorough with explaining the plans and how much it would cost for me to switch over. The experience was pleasant and I didn't feel pushed into buying something I didn't need like other retail locations. The store was clean and there was plenty of parking which is kind of nice. I purchased a new phone yesterday and the store was closing where I purchased it from. I decided to stop by this store to get help with my iPhone contacts. The lady said well we can't do it for you since it's cloud based. 1. Yeah I know it's Cloud based. 2. Before it was only through iTunes on your computer so yea I never asked for anyone to do it for me. She acted like she couldn't even look at the phone or touch it yet they were extremely happy at the other location to take my money and "set it up" right? Yea, I've given many chances to TMobile but this phone is going back to the store (currently at another store, sitting and waiting to return it) and canceling my service. AT&T, here I come!! Carlson, Jane, Joseph, Kevin, Ngan and Pablo were polite, patient, and very professional. Very much a "Supportive - TEAM!" My 45-years of customer service and support experience of the word "team-players" in corporate meant that "one person" would be doing the bulk of the work! But, not at the T-Mobile Store on Arapaho and Shiloh! My review does not depict one day of customers service but, a period day's and, weeks. Yes, I had a about four or five different issues needing knowledgeable assistance. So, I had time to observe these "young people" share in the workload with all manner (good, bad, ugly) of people and their demeanor stayed professional! As well as keeping COVID-19 safe! The staff is friendly,knowledgeable and customer oriented. I was breaking up with Spectrum and they went above and beyond to make the transition seamless and to make sure all promotions offered would be applied to my account. I'm very leery of all technology stores. I would venture to say that you are too, because you're looking up reviews of them on Yelp. Kudos to you. I usually dread going into a store like this because the salespeople typically try to sell you something you don't need, even after you've told them you don't want it. Not these guys. I walk in and they ask me if I can help them. That's why I'm there. The conversation is normally about what service they can offer to fill our need. Me: "We need a home phone, and I see T-Mobile offers a $5 home phone, can we get that?" Him: "Yes sir, it's just like adding a line, however, you will need to get a T-mobile home phone enabled router." Me: "What's that run?" Him: "We have one for (some ungodly amount of money)" Me: "Um. I could probably buy one on eBay, yeah?" Him: *shaking his head yes* "You could, sir, but it wouldn't be warrantied." So off I go to eBay and buy one for $25, bring it back 3 days later and they have me all set up. How many times has that happened to you? That the guy did exactly what you needed. Well, if you'd like that to happen to you, you should stop in this store. No one's ever tried to sell me an extra battery or a screen protector. I highly recommend this store. read more

We just went in two days ago to switch plans to save a lot on our phone bill. Liam greeted us and helped us out. He was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I got my iPhone X and my SO got an iPhone 8, we successfully switched plans, kept our numbers, and saved over $130 every month between our Netflix being covered and money off our phone bill. Omg, I was actually at the store when that Jack guy, who left that other review, was there! He and I should switch names, because he was such a Karen! From the beginning he was yelling and being demeaning, not even letting the employee speak. She never said anyone "had to wait outside," she was even trying to come up with solutions, but her wanted her to bow down to him in all his masculinity. We 1st went to this store shiloh and arapahoe store in garland and we walked out. the lady sales associate was so rude and disrespectful while we were walking out we told her she has no business being in a customer service role. We asked her how many mega pixels the lg sylo 2 plus had and she didn't seem like she knew but said she would look it up. She was so busy texting, facebook or whatever she was doing but never looked up the stats on the phone. She was so busy doing whatever on her phone she never asked us what we wanted, who we had cell service with, etc... We stood there waiting for her to give us a sales pitch about lg phones, tmobile as a company but all she did is thumb around on her phone texting, or whatever she was doing. She sucks as a sales person and I am sure tmobile loses money because of her. From there we went to HWY 75 and Arapahoe, and our experience was a 180. Stephanie was so nice, helpful, and told us how good the lg phone was, why it was good, why tmobile is a great company. Thumbs up for HWY 75 store, thumbs down for shiloh store, i will never step foot in shiloh store and I live right down the block. If anyone asks I will tell them to stay away from Shiloh store and drive the extra 3 miles to the HWY 75 store. read more

Moving to T-Mobile has been a complete disaster. We were told we had 4G service in our area which turns out to be completely false. We have tried from day 1 to work with them to find different approaches to receiving better reception and each attempt has failed. My husband has actually lost contracts because clients could not reach him due to our lack of service with T-Mobile. Also, when he is on job-sites, he usually has to ask to use his clients phones because he does not have enough service to make or receive calls. (very embarrassing) Once we realized the extent of our service issues, we were told we had gone past our 2 week window of opportunity to cancel service. While we were trying to work through this, we were repeatedly told by their customer service that there is zero to little high speed service in our area... Where were these honest statements as we were moving 4 lines to their company? We have asked them to unlock our phones so that we could hook them up to a carrier that could provide service and they refuse to do it even though we would continue to pay our lease on the phones to T-Mobile. We were honestly deceived by this company, do not let this happen to you. It has been a horrible experience. read more

I've been a T-mobile customer for over a decade and have spent an average of $200 a month for this period of time. That's over $24,000. I don't have a habit of returning things, but I was treated like a common theif and refused service at this store by Employee Aurolio and Manager Anthony while attempting to return an accessory that quit working after 25 days. They had a record of the purchase on this item yet had no intention of making things right. It was obvious that they had prejudged me from the time that I said why I was there. They made bad judgment calls based on their imagination and drew incorrect conclusions rather than making decisions based on the facts in my account. I called the T-mobile corporate office when I got home and the representative apologized profusely and credited our account for the amount of the item. She said the manager should have called corporate office to credit our account. She also confirmed that the 14 day return policy is for working items that you decide you don't want, NOT items that QUIT working in less than an month. She said the store was supposed to fix that. And she found the fact that Anthony referred us to Sony for a $30 item ridiculous. Call it lazy, or Call it incompetent, or Call it mean, or Call it stubborn... Or some people just work harder at not working than just actually helping someone. I don't know the root cause of their stonewalling but whatever the reasons, it's not what good employees do. I also don't make a habit of posting online complaints. I think the last one was 4 years ago but careless people who make assumptions by filling in the blanks with their imagination based on their past experiences are what is wrong with this world, and I am actually disgusted by them and it upsets me when it is done both to others and myself even on a smaller scale. Investigate the facts BEFORE you make a judgment and do whatever is in your power to help people and you will make this world a better place rather than the opposite.
