I want to begin by acknowledging that there are truly exceptional people who work at this Verizon…read morestore. Supervisor Daniel stands out as one of the kindest, most intelligent, and knowledgeable Verizon supervisors I've encountered in Fresno. Associates Bella and Seth have also been incredibly professional and helpful during my visits. Cody, and a woman with glasses whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, both provided 100% top-tier customer service. Their support should be recognized and commended. However, despite these positive experiences, I feel compelled to address one of the most disrespectful and demeaning interactions I have ever had in a retail environment--an experience that left me hurt, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. During a recent visit, I was assisted by an employee named Caleb. From the very beginning, his approach was condescending and dismissive. He began our interaction by saying, "Don't interrupt me, I'm speaking"--completely inappropriate, especially when addressing a customer. He then questioned my decision to purchase a Gizmo device for my daughter, even after I explained I had a specific plan. Instead of supporting my choice, he undermined and disregarded it, saying I should just order online, despite my stated needs. As a female veteran who is currently unhoused, I felt belittled, mansplained, and disrespected--not just as a customer, but as a human being. This experience was not only upsetting; it was a clear violation of the dignity and respect every customer deserves. For the record, under California Government Code § 11135 and the Unruh Civil Rights Act (Civil Code § 51), it is illegal for businesses in California to discriminate against or harass individuals based on gender, veteran status, or housing status. As a protected class under both federal and California law--including the Fair Housing Act, California Military and Veterans Code, and local anti-discrimination policies in Fresno County--I deserve to be treated with respect and equality. I share this not to shame, but to call for accountability and training so that no other person--especially someone already facing challenges like housing insecurity--experiences this kind of treatment. Verizon, please invest in customer service training that aligns with your brand values and California's protections. To the amazing team members who do their jobs with integrity--thank you. You are the reason I return.

By Sunday, Monday, and even Tuesday with no update, I started to worry--especially since I needed it before my vacation! In a bit of a panic, I reached out through Facebook and Instagram, hoping to hear back. It turns out he had been trying to call and text me all along, but I wasn't receiving the messages. Even though he was on vacation, he went out of his way to return to the shop and hand over the iPad. I felt terrible about disrupting his time off, but he truly went above and beyond to help. The screen repair is flawless, and I am so grateful for his kindness and professionalism!

Which I presume own this store. Anyway I never been here before at first they were friendly. At least the son was. I went in there to pick up my Wish order. and the son said OH NO. I said back I don't like Oh no's. And I laughed it off. There is more to this but I'm not going to go into every detail. He says wait here a minute, I'm gonna go talk to my dad. Because he found a package that had nothing in it. He showed me. Damn I should have kept it. Anyway I said ok. He goes over talks to this older gentleman, I presume that was his dad, comes back and says, It's coming from Japan correct. I said yes, Well you know Japan. I said yes, Well we didn't get your packages and the more I would try to ask questions the more agitated he got . He said wait wait wait, don't forget this and shoves the package in my hands and told me before that to call Wish and get my money back. Now its showing that I received all 5 of my items when all I got was that one. And I'm supposed to be getting more packages there and I don't want to go back just to get the same treatment. Now I'm thinking how many other people has this happened to. I did contact Wish in writing. They have no phones to contact in person. Everything done via email etc. I have never had any issues with Wish.com when it came to delivering my packages at my residence. Now when I try this place for the FIRST time my experience was horrible. Red flags are going up that's all I have to say. You all figure it out. This happened March 10 2022. When I received the notice on the 7th of March 2022 and it said I had until the 22 of March 2022 to pick up my items. Now I hope I either get my money back or redelivered to my residence. Piece of advice. Stick with what you know. A lot of evil going on in this world today. If Wish can't assist. I'm going to file a police report to this place. Cuz not only am I out the money, I'm out with no merchandise. Wish come through please. Peace Love and Harmony.
