After countless useless chats with their awful AI chatbot "Giga" (which does not even allow you to type half the time), and fruitless conversations with customer support in another continent, I have been told I will be connected to internet in 72 hours - but frankly, I am not holding my breath. My advice - do not agree to their services unless they send a technician to your house to install the internet. If you choose the self install option and something goes wrong, it will be nearly impossible to get a real, local human on phone that can come to your location to troubleshoot. Once you go from potential customer to paying customer, their treatment of you changes. EDIT: Per the response of the comment from Frontier, I reached out to their Facebook account and was able to get connected to a real human, who created a ticket for a technician to come out to my house on 11/05 and fixed the issue. So far no internet problems. I wish I didn't have to reach out through social media in order to get effective help, but I am happy with the internet speed I have. EDIT2: They wanted to charge me to 150 dollars for hooking up the service they are charging me for, so I had to connect to customer support who waived the fee (screenshot attached). I strongly recommend never going with self install unless you are 100 percent sure it will work.

We starts getting charged more... I called and tried talking with him for TWO WEEKS. I called in and waited for a call back, got a call back 3 days later. Dallas says he is going to look into it with sUpervisor and never called back. I kept calling In but he was never available. Finally I got a hold of someone else and they said they would make sure he called me. He stated he never underquotes savings for people so he's not sure what happened. We were able to reverse the plans but pricing is still different for our phones. I'd rather just pay than you have deal with them again. Don't go here. They just screw you. He told us he was on commission and made close to 100k in a year trying to get me to apply for a job. Now I know how they make their money. SCREWING PEOPLE.

When you ask a question the answer is cynical and as you are answered they look away and are on their phone. The night we were in there the employees were having personal conversations between themselves while working with us. We felt pressured into buying a phone we really didn't want, I even told the person to wait but he kept ringing g it all up. Then we were charged a $75 restocking fee on a phone never used. We had to use this store again for the exchange. We were there at 7:30 and were told they wouldn't help us beyond 8pm because they closed and would have to come back. Too bad because they lost a sale of three more phones as we went to the coldwater rd store. Never again will we use this store. And seriously T-Mobile should have their employees dress more professionally.

They get there $250 a month which adds up to quite a bit of money if you do the math. There's been some rumblings about Tmobile changing the old plans and forcing people to upgrade. Luckily that has not happened yet. Unfortunately, uncarrier has become like your typical cell phone service. One benefit is every Tuesday. There's random gifts from Tmobile from discounts to local stores to free goodies in shop. This location is nice because even though it is busy and you may have to wait a few minutes they often will have the item in stock. Store friendliness is average.
