We went to another T Mobile store in town and they were understaffed and appeared backed up so we decided to drive over to this store. The store is big and beautiful in a nice location. Knowledgeable staff, great service and spacious store. We definitely recommend. read more

With the largest share of 5G cell service most T-Mobile stores are very busy and the store at S. Tamiami and Andrea is no exception. The staff is well organized and will greet customers as soon as they walk in. I would like to commend Jess who was our sales representative. She was very friendly and new her product well. She was also concerned with our satisfaction after the sale encouraging us to contact her with any questions or problems. I would recommend this store. read more

Had a excellent experience this evening with Marcus. I first stopped at a T-Mobile store on Gladiolus; I wanted to upgrade to an Apple 13. I was told they could not sell me a phone because of the plan I am on. I last upgraded four years ago at a T-Mobile store and there were no problems. I was told that I should go to an Apple store or Best Buy to upgrade. Since when does a T-Mobile store send their business to an Apple store or Best Buy. Thinking this was just crazy, I stopped at this T-Mobile near BoneFish. No problems dealing with Marcus. He also showed me at least four options for covers as well as instructing me not to use my old charger that would seem to work, but could cause issues with the newer phone. All of my info was loaded onto my new phone. Marcus also suggested places that I could sell my old phone since I am not on a plan that is a buy back with T-Mobile Marcus knows his product, was professional and just a nice person. He spoke highly of T-Mobile and the inservice that is provided. I have read the other reviews listed for this location and I really wonder if customers left a review for a store that is at another location. The T-Mobile at this location is a company store while the one at Gladiolus is a franchise. read more

Disgusting customer service! Currently a T-Mobile customer, went in to see about options for additional plans. I was greeted by Hose O. He told me since I was an existing customer I could get online or call customer service. Ok, be rude... I will take my personal and business account to another carrier. He walked away. I went to AT&T. At AT&T, they told me to go to back to T-Mobile and get SIM card removers removed. I went to closest one in fort myers and they damaged my iPad. T-Mobile corporate agreed to replace it. I went to closest store, again greeted by Hosa O. Who actually "laughed" about it. I told him to read the account notes and still he refused to even get a manager. I went to my car and called Corporate office. They did handle the issue and iPad was replaced. This location is horrible and is a franchise, they only care if you are buying a phone. They only handle issues within 14 days (Corporate has NO CONTROL over a franchise store) of purchase. Jose O needs fired. He is a complete arrogant fool. Shame on him! Lead people in, sell them and then.....Not his problem. Bye bye Hose O. I stress the "O" only because he makes a point of it. Customer Service Sucks at this store. I was greeted and asked how they could help and when I responded "I would like to learn of your specials and plans please" and I was immediately met with "well, we have tons of plans!!" And I was like okay great and before I could tell him I needed to look at new phones he said let's get you checked in and it was literally 3 minutes for each entry in his work pad in order to check me in - literally First Name ((3 min entry)), Last name ((3 min entry)), how many lines and I looking to bring over - 1 - ((3 min entry)) and so on and so on and I could not see any data plans or phones because he kept me at the front door. After 15 min ((felt like 45min)) I said I'm gonna step outside and took off. I just need to find a phone. read more

I hope you were planning on spending your afternoon here, because that is what you will do. When I upgraded my phone last year and had to wait over an hour to be helped, I figured it was due to the pandemic and short supply since the factories were shutting down exports at the time. No, this apparently is pretty normal. And it isn't like we were looking for repairs or wanted to shop new plans. We just wanted to upgrade so I could help my mom trade in her old phone and get a new one. That was all. And I would like to say that some of these customers had complex problems, but they DIDN'T. Since we were trapped there for so long I could over hear two of them just having the longest conversation with occasional taps and progress?! Maybe?! One person that was right behind us left declaring how absurd it was and an employee just rolling their eyes as he left. We finally get up and although we told the person checking us in what we were planning on getting, it wasn't till we waiting about an hour and fifteen minutes later that we learned they didn't have the model we wanted available. Worst customer service ever. The store manager Michael Ballara is horrible. Everytime I asked to speak to a manager he picked up the phone or walked in the back room to avoid speaking to me. I highly recommend NOT going to this store. read more
