Purchased a new Duracell 30LA battery for my 2017 Harley Davidson Road Glide on 1/23/2024. On…read more10/15/2025 I returned it because it no longer had the cranking amps under load to properly start the bike. This particular battery carries a 2 YEAR FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. I have purchased many of these same batteries in the past for my Harleys over the years and never had a problem until now. Chad, the guy at the counter load tested my fully charged battery and it tested at 13.1 volt and under load it tested at 313 cranking amps. This is a 400 cca rated battery. That's 87 cranking amps short of rated capacity. At that point Chad refused to honor the replacement warranty further stating that loss in capacity needed to be greater than 20%. I'm not really sure where Chad got his math education but 20% loss is still 320 amps and mine tested 313 amps. That's not enough to start a Harley Big Twin so essentially I now I have a $219 completely worthless battery that is ironically still under warranty. Apparently you don't get what you pay for at Batteries Plus anymore. Kind of odd that their website is filled with glowing reviews yet there is no provision for customers to leave reviews. Beware!

AT&T Store - This is the guy to see. AT&T is extremely fortunate to have Semaj as their employee!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience…read more I have been a loyal AT&T/FirstNet customer for several years as a first responder. However, after my experience at this store on October 3, 2026, I will be exploring other options for my wireless service. I visited this location to upgrade my phone and remove an unnecessary line after discovering an error on my billing account. When I began explaining the situation to Jocelyn, she interrupted me and appeared inconvenienced by my requests, immediately directing me to call customer service. I was left wondering why I was visiting an AT&T store if the staff were unwilling to assist with a customer account issue. Jocelyn explained that the error had been created by a former AT&T employee and that this type of issue was a common occurrence. Despite my repeated attempts to obtain assistance, she maintained that there was nothing she could do to help. Her demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and I saw little effort or genuine concern toward resolving the problem. Instead, I observed casual conversations with a trainee about personal preferences, including ringtones, while my issue remained unaddressed. After I continued requesting assistance, Jocelyn eventually agreed to call customer service on my behalf, explaining that she did not want to involve a supervisor on a Saturday. After spending approximately two hours in the store, the issue remained unresolved, and I felt that little meaningful effort had been made to address an error originating on AT&T's end. When I mentioned that I might switch to Verizon, Jocelyn appeared relieved by the prospect and acknowledged that Verizon might be able to resolve the issue. Following this unsuccessful two-hour visit, I called AT&T customer service myself and spoke with Daniel, who was exceptionally courteous, professional, and helpful. Within the first minute of our conversation, he identified the error on my account and explained that he would open a case to get the issue addressed. The contrast between Daniel's willingness to help and the experience I had in the store was remarkable. As a first responder who has supported AT&T/FirstNet for years, I expected a much higher standard of customer service. This is the first review I have written in a long time, and I felt compelled to share my experience because of how disappointing it was. What should have been a straightforward request turned into two hours of frustration, with no resolution and little apparent interest in helping a loyal customer. Ultimately, this store has given me a reason to reconsider my loyalty to AT&T. I had intended to upgrade my phone and make changes to my account that would have resulted in additional business for the company. Instead, I left with nothing accomplished and a significantly diminished opinion of the service provided at this location. An extremely disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this store, and I will be seriously considering other wireless carriers.
