I was in this store yesterday wednesday evening, 3/22/12 between 6.30pm to 7pm, and had the pleasure to deal with the racist store manager called Vera du or whatever her last name is, i felt got offended when she finished helping the guy infront of me in the line and moved to the middle counter to help a white guy in the middle line, after that she called for another white couple from the far left to help them, at this time a lady of Asian origin walked into the store, so when she finished helping the white couple that apparently had walked into the store behind me, she called the Asian lady that had just walked into the store for assistance, at this point i could'nt take the blunt racism anymore from Vera an Asian that also happened to be the store manager, I told her i was there ahead of those people and she skipped me, at which she rudely answered me she dint see me, apparently i was not black enough for her to see, She also brought me an already opened phone from the backroom, later on i enquired if she had changed my plan, as i dint trust her anymore because she seemed tense and very intolerant of my kind, her answer to the question if she had by chance changed my plan was i know what im doing, im the store manager of which i answered her, your job is to address my concerns and in return you get paid from some of the money us customers leave here and you dont have to remind me your the BOSS i dont work for MANAGER!!, I have been with Tmobile for 5years and this VERA should not be in customer service leave alone Tmobile management if she cant stomach serving all races equally. read more
