    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with T-Mobile…read more My account has been scheduled for cancellation WITHOUT my authorization while an active dispute is still under review. This situation remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to address it directly. The core issue has not been resolved: * My device is not functionally unlocked * It cannot be used with other carriers * eSIM activation fails * The device manufacturer has confirmed that no unlock request was ever submitted at the system level Despite this, T-Mobile has stated that the obligation has been fulfilled. In addition, a Port-Out PIN was generated on my account without my consent, and I was instructed to transfer my numbers. This matter is currently under review with multiple agencies, including the FCC, Texas Attorney General, Washington State Attorney General, New Mexico Department of Justice, and the Better Business Bureau. Proceeding with account cancellation under these conditions raises serious concerns regarding consumer protection and business practices. I am requesting: * Proper device unlock at the system level * No account cancellation while the dispute is active This issue remains unresolved as of today. After attempting to fix this seemingly unfixable phone for a couple weeks, we bring it back to the store to fix it or get a refund. The couple that owns this store tells us there's water damage in the phone and refuses to give us a refund or help us. So you're telling me this phone that you claim to be brand new, that has been broken since the second we bought it, is due to US damaging it??? First of all, we not only deserve a full refund, but some compensation for wasting our time for having to constantly come into this store when they should be selling products AS ADVERTISED in the first place! And second of all, when this problem arises, they want to accuse MY GRANDPA of breaking their faulty product?? During a pandemic??? After my dad posts in a Vietnamese forum on facebook as this store is owned by a Vietnamese couple, we come to find out that MULTIPLE customers have been through the exact same situation as us. All in all, DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE SHADY SCAMMERS WHO SELL BROKEN PHONES, TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND ACCUSE OLD PEOPLE OF LYING!! ps. Their supposed brand new phone came in a different box and they offer you $5 to give the box back (I assume so they can continue to scam others)
