My guy are always coming through. Technology as you walk in the door. They're very sweet & professional while dealing with you. I, personally, go in multiple times to change my screen protector and it always gets done perfectly. When I got the new iPhone I was actually in Connecticut and went to about three T-Mobile stores that had the worst customer service and ruined each screensaver they applied. When I knew I should've just trusted my gut and waited till I got back home to come here. Nevertheless, I've had good experiences here read more

Would like to give 0 stars but they don't offer that option. Apparently they don't ask for ID when running credit cards at this location- had over $600 fraudulent charges to my account. That bank account has been closed, this storefront and all of it's employees should be investigated for credit card theft. read more

Worst tmobile store there is . There were probably 5 employees on the floor and I was waiting for a while for someone to help me, mind you there were barely any customers in the store. Also the way they speak to you is very unprofessional . read more

I went to make a payment this weekend all new staff terrible new staff btw! I think there are 2 representatives I recognized from years before, the store is filthy. The female who helped me just kept talking to her coworker, then I asked for information and she didn't know it. This store need the older personal back again read more

The place was very busy and they had two people working. They replaced the screen and changed out the battery charging portion, not really sure how it all worked but now when I plug in the phone it doesn't feel the same. But it's been a few days and the phone seems to be working fine so I'll keep my finger crossed. Friendly service during a stressful time.

So after over an hour of back and forth between the Apple employees and my frustration with Straight Talk I was ready to cancel the whole deal. Then a young man named Jake entered the picture. He was wonderful, simply the best. He could see my frustration and he said without reservation "I'm going to fix this!", and he did. T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission read more
