The quality and selection of vintage Nintendo consoles (I even saw a Game & Watch!), video games, and accessories rivals that of Vintage Stock, and Re-Cell's prices are a lot lower than Vintage Stock's as well. They've even got copies of a lot of really hard to find games. Their racks and display cases are a little cluttered and messy in some spots, but I was able to find the stuff I needed. Most of the real good stuff is behind lock and key in their many display cases, but a few of those cases are out on the floor and you can peek into them from all the way around. When I needed to look at an item in one of those cases, the employees were right there, ready to help. Next time I've got a pile of cash burning a hole in my pocket and I want to spend it on retro games, Re-Cell is where it'll be spent.

Following my trail of buying my mom a new Go-Phone, brought me to this AT and T, after finally…read morepurchasing a phone at Wal-Mart. I have T-Mobile, and have had them for years. AT and T's Go-phones, (except for their $$$ iphones) are often older models, and sometimes the employees are blank on information. We purchased a smart phone-(3g, not the greatest camera. -"Avail" model.) It is similar to the first Mytouch. Wal-Mart said we were grandfathered in on the cost for the phone, nothing changed. It was only $59.99. Makes texting, calling, and adding to the contacts, easy. Wal-mart sent us to AT and T to trasnfer the account. I took my mom to AT and T with the phone, to transfer her information, and 7 contacts. The employee gladly transferred the account and 7 contacts. They went through how to use the phone so fast, even I hardly caught it. I drilled them on the data cost. ($10 extra per month, payable whenever, which I didn't get for the phone yet.) I was told I can go in and pay it, and then it will start. There is no extra charges cause I didn't get data on it. To upload pictures, you use the USB hub and a laptop. I was pleased with the service at this AT and t, but please slow down on the phone demo, so I can properly explain it later,

Painfully frustrating, regretable, and time-consuming. Can't get retirement discount resolved! It…read moretook 3 days to get phone numbers ported to ATT wireless and a week for ATT Internet Air. Dispite 20+ hours on phone/hold, still can't get my retirement discount added and incorrect charges removed. AI keeps transferring to a regular service agent who can't help even when they transfer me to Concessions Group or Executive Customer Care. Discount code combined current company with ATT name so of course no links AI throws at me work. I guess I need to go to a competitor just to get the price my services would be with my retired manager discount.

Mention to Arian. Dillon. Julian. All worked like a cohesive team and got things done for me. I did not have to do anything. This kind of customer service is beyond exceptional. I wish the company would keep the same people as much as they can there instead of shuffling them around the metro. Other times I have had people who were not so good. All I can say is kudos guys.
