This store is wonderful. I have never had to go to another place. They take care of everything. I just got my I phone 14 pro and traded in my 12 pro. They got everything done seamlessly. Mention to Arian. Dillon. Julian. All worked like a cohesive team and got things done for me. I did not have to do anything. This kind of customer service is beyond exceptional. I wish the company would keep the same people as much as they can there instead of shuffling them around the metro. Other times I have had people who were not so good. All I can say is kudos guys. got a phone from them about 6 months ago and the bill fluctuates every month, the phone is supposedly "brand new" but freezes all the time has to be reset atleast 5 times a day, service cuts in and out. read more

I'll back track to a couple days ago while picking up a router for internet I asked if they had extenders and was told no that I could just get another router and should be fine . Went home tried and I eventually called Verizon customer support (the lady was very informative about me being able to return to the Verizon store and being able to drop off the Verizon box that won't work with an existing one, since I was told wrong information from employee justice on Wednesday) . Fast forward to today The employee justice I brought it back since the rep said I could and i stated that they informed me that what she told me is wrong well all she kept saying was idk and and just laughing the initial thing is understand from a stand point that she was saying I need to ship it myself but her attitude of laughing and making it seem like it was okay to do that with my daughter present it's the accountability of just saying you know I'm sorry I was wrong but the fact that she wanted to be persistent just carrying herself unprofessionally . Felt offended from the moment of walking in I did call prior saying I was arriving and that they would would take care of it in store (which was really not ) I've been a Verizon customer for 10 years now and it's just horrible customer service I'll stick to the lees summit location on Chipman where when If I had something they were very friendly and professional. I will disclose I did ask for manager (Mike) business card or phone and she said didn't have him them presently but gave me a crumbled sticky note with a number . We tried to get an upgrade for the IPhone Max on Tuesday the 9th of October. They were quick to take our cash payment of $200 + and have us factory reset a phone that was being traded in. Which inconvenienced us in the long run!!! The salesman that took the payment didn't even have all the change to give back and put the cash under his sweater in his shirt pocket. He told us he owed us $3. He never issued a receipt. He also told us the approval was going through, we only had to wait a few days so check back on Friday. Then we were told on the 11th through Vorizon direct that the approval didn't go through for extended credit on our Verizon account. We went back in the store and was told they take cash but don't give it back. A check has to be delivered in 7-10 business days. I find this very odd that their practice is to take cash, store on the body of a salesmen, no receipt given, no change given, a promise to pay back the change, and a promise that the credit is going to go thru per "the lady at Verizon". Just to be told the total opposite and they cannot refund us cash. BBB is going to be contacted!! read more

this happen on nov 25th I went in to this store to simply purchase a phone charger was greeted and taken to where the chargers were he got it and we went to purchase it he went and got some other person he said he was training the guy tells me it would be 30 something I give them 2 20s and he tells me a pissy way they don't take cash I say really a business doesn't take cash I ask him where the sign saying that is he says we don't have to put one up I ask him to put one up on a piece of paper he informs me again he don't have to I ask to speak to the manager he tells me he is the manager and john is his name and he picks up the money and hands it to me and tells me to get out of the store I then flick the the charger off the table and he gets in my face and yells get the fuck out of the store now I laugh then walk outside and he follows me outside and gets in my face again and tells me to take a swing and he will take me down out came a big guy and takes him back inside I get in my car and am calling Verizon to report what happen and I look up and hes and my window yelling he is gonna follow me and he will be off the property and he will be able to kick my ass I reported to Verizon that day and today dec 1 I called Verizon and they told me to call the store to get the general managers name I get Julian on the phone he informs me they have no manager and I have to come into the store to get the general managers name and he told me when he came into work at night on nov 21 he heard what had happend and still wanted me to come to the store to get the general managers name couldn't give out over the phone stay away from this business unless you want to be threatened or maybe even beaten up if anybody knows the manager or general manager have them read this or tell them what happen my contract with Verizon is up in feb and I will be moving to a different phone service read more
