The wait time is very short, they usually have what we want in stock and the staff is a bit more knowledgeable than they seem to be at other location. Oh, and this one doesn't need extra security at the front entrance and cameras in every nook and cranny thanks to theft or arguments, like the one across from the mall. I picked up a new IPhone 12 here recently, they had what I needed and we were done and ready to go within minutes. They downloaded everything, processed the payoff for my old IPhone, which I kept, and activated this one all within a few minutes, while handling another customer. This store is the most efficient for getting things done in person. With the other locations, I'd rather just order anything I need and get it shipped. This location usually seems to get what they're doing and remains pretty efficient at it.

They're extremely honest, don't inflate prices and are very good at repairs. It's better than driving down to the Apple store near Detroit for any repair or tech issue and I wouldn't want to send any of my devices in for repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

They fixed it the second time free of charge, they also had to fix my speakers due to the damage caused by their failure. I asked them REPEATEDLY if the phone was fine again for water, they assured me it was, and that it was back up to its water rating. I wasnt entirely sure so I have been careful around water, until today. While cleaning my cats fountain I accidentally got some water on the phone, didn't think anything of it because its been fixed correctly the second time around, right? WRONG. I am typing this review while WATCHING the bottom right half of my screen turn black and blue AGAIN because they failed to fix it correctly the second time too. They also rushed me out and now I know why. I give up with them. I am not bringing it in a THIRD TIME for them to fuck up and lie to my face about it.
