The store is in a great location for us, since the Birch Run outlets mall is a staple in our visits to Michigan. The incredible selection in supplements is impressive. However, I went in to the store and had a nice interaction with the woman who was working. She was very pleasant and enthusiastic. Total opposite of the brusque individual I spoke to earlier. The staff is friendly and professional and always seem willing to help. I think my only downside which actually prompted me to finally write the review are two things; * The text messaging system seems to be delayed as I typically won't receive texts about their sales until much later in the day when I cannot make my way to the store because I am at work. If I had a much sooner notice the chances of me being able to make the trip are significantly better. Messages should be delivered by the morning around the start of the day so all customers can take advantage of the great deals. Good for the customer and good for the business. * My second point is actually related to the first, change of store hours. I had not received any kind of information (that I am aware of) through any of my means of communication that open store hours were going to be reduced by 2 hours early throughout the week. Coupled with the fact that I don't get out of work until 6:00 pm it was definitely a bummer when I finally showed up to the store, driving all the way from Corunna just to have to turn around. I missed a REALLY good holiday sale and it just leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Maybe more transparency would be helpful, for them and for their customer base. Everything said though the business is great, everything said above still applies and I will continue to shop with them for quite a long time coming. I just want to clarify that this isn't meant to be a scathing review, just a customer's opinion.

Two minutes of my time and bonus, they were on sale! The guy running the register was friendly but not pushing other products on me. He offered up a flyer of sales and left it at that. I heard him answering questions for another customer as I left. As a non health food supplement store type (although I seem to keep needing various vitamin/supplement type products- hello cherry juice), I appreciated the hands off approach here. Obviously had I needed help I could have gotten it, but seeing I was in veni vidi vici mode I was helped to my level of need. Happiness. I love stores that know when you need attention and assistance and likewise are hands off when you are in a rush.
