Thankfully my family was still at the store and completing their upgrade and getting their new phones. Sometimes one must wait; however, one is placed on a list when entering said store and usually the information and required answers to any questions are given in a totally professional manner. One such sales representative is Hawkins Whitehead. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and has the total patience of the biblical individual, Job. This client found him to be extremely helpful with some of the major issues with the Apple 1400. His demeanor shows professionalism with an interest with his clients. This client had numerous major issues and Hawkins, patiently explained and solved all of the select problems, with the Apple 1400. The manager of this particular store is also a great 'people' person and this the client certainly gives this T-Mobile store very high recommendations; moreover, the location on Miller Road is very excessive able from I-75.

For a cellphone provider retail store, this one isn't bad…read more We use Sprint/Tmobile and this location is better than any other Sprint/Tmobile brick and mortar retailer in the area. The wait time is very short, they usually have what we want in stock and the staff is a bit more knowledgeable than they seem to be at other location. Oh, and this one doesn't need extra security at the front entrance and cameras in every nook and cranny thanks to theft or arguments, like the one across from the mall. I picked up a new IPhone 12 here recently, they had what I needed and we were done and ready to go within minutes. They downloaded everything, processed the payoff for my old IPhone, which I kept, and activated this one all within a few minutes, while handling another customer. This store is the most efficient for getting things done in person. With the other locations, I'd rather just order anything I need and get it shipped. This location usually seems to get what they're doing and remains pretty efficient at it.

She acknowledged this yet I could not get her to repay me or work it off. The end result was they stopped servicing our computers and will not return my calls or emails.

I would stay as far as possible away from this company. They are awful, difficult to understand, and are not prompt on outages. Canceling the service was even more difficult. There are a million different departments they transfer one through, only to have to have a follow-up call to confirm on another later date and explain everything AGAIN! If I could give a negative score I would! Run away from this company. Horrible!!!
