After 4 long months of being shuttled between T-Mobile and Apple stores, I finally got my issue resolved today (4/27/2026) @ Hwy US 290W and Spring Cypress Road in Cypress, TX. Amanda was outstanding - patient, listened to my issue and then finally resolve it. Issue - I could see my entire family's "find my" locations while they could not see me. Service is so slow! They had me in the queue for 3 hours!!! I was here at 2pm and they said they couldn't help me and to come back later. I came back and they still had me waiting for 3 hours. They also told me i had to be there an hour before close and they didn't even help me until 15 minutes before closing. Literally go to any other tmobile. The workers just sit and talk for hours just to not help the rest of the people waiting and hoping they leave. They also tell you its an hour wait as soon as you walk in so you can just leave. read more

I honestly can't say enough good things about the young man who helped us at T-Mobile -- Arturo. From the moment we walked in, he was patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, answered every question without rushing us, and made sure we fully understood all of our options before moving forward. What really stood out was how thorough and honest he was. Arturo went above and beyond to make sure we weren't being charged for any extra nonsense on our account. He carefully reviewed everything, caught things we didn't even notice, and made sure our plan actually made sense for us -- not just what was easiest to sell. That alone shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers. You can clearly see why he holds the title of Senior Mobile Specialist -- his knowledge, confidence, and customer service are on another level. He didn't just do his job, he exceeded it. I was told by the store to order my new phone online so that I could get the discounts-that was true! It arrived in a few days, but I'm so used to buying in-store, over the years, and them helping me set up my new phone sand those of my family. I decide to actually come to the store and low and behold, it's Amanda. What a patient, kind, and thorough sales associate! Big only did she have absolutely NO PROBLEM helping me set up my new phone - ENTIRELY, but she transferred all of my old data, even making sure I could access everything I needed BEFORE I LEFT! It gets better... Amanda even helped me do a factory reset on my OLD phone and preceded to GUIDE ME THROUGH THE RETURN PROCESS! She helped me pack my old phone into the return kit box, which I'd brought with me-put the label in, and told and where to take it. If that wasn't enough, she then told ne to be sure to take a photo of the box and label and the employee at UPS accepting the package. Finally, she told ne to be sure to get my receipt. I DID NOT SPEND ONE DIME AT T-MOBILE. But Amanda was not concerned with that. She wax only concerned with giving the GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've seen in a while. Purchased a new phone from this store for my daughter. Told the guy helping me that it was a Christmas present. He stated that I could purchase the phone now and I wouldn't have to send the old phone in for 30 days after I receive the new one. Needless to say he was wrong. It was actually 7 day from when I received the phone. (BTW there was an option for me to bring in the old phone to the store but I wasn't given that option at checkout so I am stuck dealing with Mailing it back in) I brought the old phone and the new one to the T-mobile store and the person I spoke to said that he could not transfer the data from the old phone to the new one because the old phone is too old. He didn't want to spend the 5 min helping me out, so he just lied. When I returned home I went to YouTube and found a tutorial on how to do it myself. I did the exact same thing he should have done in the store, a phone to phone transfer.   Do not trust anything these ppl at this store tell you. They are, in a word, horrible. My phone was stolen and I was traveling by myself and needed a phone for safety. We have been customers for 28yrs and were all qualified and due for new phones. I walked into the store and was told 3 times my old phone was still under lease so I had to turn it in to get another one. I explained my phone was stolen so I could not do that. I had insurance on the phone. You guessed it, it doesn't cover a stolen phone! I was upset so the manager came to assist. She convinced me the buy one get one free iPhones was the cheapest way to do this. I explained I didn't need another free phone and wanted to keep our current numbers. She told me we could do this. At check out the contract added 2 new lines. I told her we want our old numbers and lines and she said they could be switched over with no problem. Then comes the bill! So many extra charges on my bill! They wouldn't take my daughter's phone when she went to put her number on the new phone. Still being charged for her phone and 2 additional lines. They tell you what you want to hear and make you sign a convoluted, 6 page contract that you don't understand and I feel they took advantage of me in an upsetting situation. They never explain all the extra charges, they are always hidden until you get the bill. Store doesn't answer phones or return calls. All I wanted was a phone to travel safely home with. Now I have 2 phones, 2 extra lines that aren't being used but that I am paying for and a locked in contract for an additional 2 yrs with a company that I'm not happy with. Just Beware! read more

I ABSOLUTELY HATE T-MOBILE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS I'm not a Karen but these are the dumbest people I have ever dealt with. In may I purchased a phone and they give a two weeks grace period to bring the phone back if it had any problems well, I had problems with it where I live I had horrible service and couldn't ever get it to work so I decided to take it back to the store to return they would not except it they made me mail it back to corporate AND PAY FOR SHIPPING where it took a month to arrive. was also told I would receive a refund to the card that was used to pay for it... NEVER SAW IT it's been 3 months now and I still haven't received it although each time I speak with customer service on the phone they never have any clue how to get into my account or how to even try to fix the situation... I wish I could rate my experience a zero, but it's not possible so the one should suffice. Today I went in with my dad and aunt to get assistance from a worker. Unfortunately the only worker that talked spanish, due to my family mainly's language being spanish, was a man named Alan. My aunt explains their situation and he immediately claims he cannot help us and gives us a very unprofessional excuse as to why he can't. He was clearly a fellow hispanic, but could tell his excuses were racist to his own kind. My dad then calls the T-Mobile office to instead get help from them because he knew what he wanted to do was possible, which it was. The woker on the phone was very nice and helped us through the whole process. After 2 hours, we eventually got to sort out our mess, but after that racist treatment, my dad will change to a different company. To my fellow hispanics, please speak out if this happens to you aswell. Will never return to this store ever again. read more
