Drops, slow downs, etc. They sent someone out who made it better but not great. ATT fiber recently came to my neighborhood and I swapped over. I canceled Spectrum but they are going to charge me for another month even after I canceled and returned all the equipment. "It's in our Terms that we can charge another month. Also we don't prorate any billing". I had turned off my auto pay about a week ago but for some reason they have no record of it. Funny. When I log in to look at my account there is no information in the autopay section. So mediocre service and continuing to bill after service cancellation. If you like that kind of stuff, Spectrum is your company.

I'm appalled by the attitude, disrespect, and complete lack of help from this store. After reading other reviews, it's clear this isn't new behavior. Instead of troubleshooting or processing the replacement, which the store is supposed to handle, he told me to call 611. When I called, the employees started arguing among themselves and still managed to place an order for the wrong phone within minutes, even though they kept insisting the store "doesn't do that." They were arguing back and forth about their Verizon experience on my phone. Not liking your job doesn't excuse treating customers this way. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright ghetto behavior. Go to any other Verizon store for service, and if you don't already have Verizon, don't even bother signing a contract with them.

There was a long, slow-moving line which I expected due to the iPhone drop this week. As I was waiting in line, an employee named Steph was asking everyone what they were in line for. When I said I was there for the new iPhone and asked if she can confirm they have some in stock and what colors, again I was told she can't tell me due to security reasons. I asked if she can at least confirm that they have some in the store so I don't wait in line for nothing. She refused to answer. A little while later, another employee was walking by so I stopped him and asked if they had any 15s in stock. He said no but they can order one. This is ENTIRELY deceptive and atrocious customer service. It's ridiculous to make a long line of people wait under the impression that they have a stock of phones, not to mention the people in line who weren't there for a new phone who also had to wait for the 15 phone shoppers. Who runs a business this way? I can see why these reviews are so bad.

Looked for a repair shop in the Arlington area…read more.. I found this one as it was near my eye doctor and assumed I could get my device repaired during my eye exam. Dropped off iPad for repair a little before 1pm and was told it would be completed within an hour. I was pleased with the time range, an hour was welcomed. He indicated the machine was down and could not give me a recipe it for check in, but he would he call with the ticket number. I never got the ticket number. I called at 4:15 to check on the status he indicated it was complete. I shared that I was a bit away, but I would be there within an hour. I arrived at 6:30 and it was still not repaired. He indicated he failed to call me and let me know that it wasn't ready. He then proceeded to tell me that the debit machine was not in order and I would have to pay cash and to come back in 20 minutes. He gave a me a $5 off card for the next time.

Not knowing it but my phone had water damage and the issue with the home button wasn't fixable. The owner recommended I take it to Apple and see if they can fix it maybe give me a credit. I took to Apple and they were able to help. Will definitely come back for any issues.
