Anyway I manage the corporate Verizon account at work and for us it's a 30 day return on the phones. I just went through a nightmare at work because we returned 12 phones after the 30 days and they kept the phones and are still making us pay $8000 for them. This has been going on since July. Anyway I picked up the phone Dec 2 and thought I had the 30 day window. I went to return it on the 27th. Because someone else got them a better phone. The salesperson would not take it back sighting the 14 day rule. He told me that he told me this out loud when I picked up the phone. I'm sorry, he Is a liar. With what I just went through with the $8000 debacle, that would have stood out like a sore thumb had he said it. But nevertheless it is on my receipt. So now I am stuck with a $160 per month phone I don't need. I called customer service at Verizon who told me at Christmas time they extend returns until Jan 30, and to take it back to them. Customer Service called them and explained that and still they would not take it back. as an authorized reseller they don't have to cooperate with Verizon policies. Do NOT deal with these people, do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store in Bartonsville. At least they have to follow Verizon policy.

The employee didn't want to be bothered with me, when were no customers in the store, so I asked for a manager only to be told she was the manager. SO this is why I ended up in the Stroud mall, where I have to say I had the best experience I've ever had with AT&T and I was hesitant to go after my experience in Bartonsville two weeks prior. Matt Mancini was working and I want to say how helpful he was. He went over my data usage with me and answered all my questions. He also went over a few changes to make my bill a little more affordable for me. I left the store feeling like I accomplished something, that my questions were answered and overall happy that I went there. So thank you Matt for all your help! I truly appreciated it!

Horrible customer service. Told me to call 611 cause they couldn't help me since I have first…read morenet... well primary account holder is dead and I couldn't do it on the phone and am only authorized for in store changes. Child wasn't wearing a name badge and wouldn't disclose days that he would not be in store so I could come when he was not working. Absolutely horrible experience. Robert had his name badge on and stood by trying to help while the child was just trying to get me out of the store. Spoke to someone on the phone who said they definitely could and should have helped me.

Brian walked by and saw someone in the line behind us that he knew and pulled them out to help them. He had to be told to check us in by another associate who was busy with another customer. My sister visited the store for what should have been a simple phone upgrade. The salesperson told…read moreher her monthly bill would increase by "about $6 a month." She completed the purchase, paid the applicable sales tax, and left believing that would be her only additional monthly cost. When I later reviewed our family plan, I discovered that AT&T Protect Advantage Tier 4 insurance ($19/month) and the AT&T Next Up upgrade feature ($10/month) had been added to her account. She did not request these services, was not informed they were being added, and was not shown an itemized breakdown of the recurring monthly charges before completing the transaction. After I contacted AT&T customer service, the unauthorized services were removed and the account was credited. While I appreciate that AT&T corrected the issue, customers should not have to spend time identifying and removing services they never requested or approved. This is not an isolated incident. A separate AT&T store in another state added optional services to my father's account under similar circumstances during a phone upgrade. Also if you search online, you'll see many other customers have experienced the same issues. Because of these repeated experiences, I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the appropriate Attorney General's Office. I believe AT&T should require customers to review and explicitly approve all recurring monthly charges before any transaction is finalized.

I was told one price in front of my Adult Daughter and son. In the store I was told my bill would…read morebe $161.21 my bill came in when it was to be paperless billing. I received a bill for a month in 7 days of opening the accounts and the bill was for $374.00 for that month and then my next months bill will be even more by I believe it was $20 or $25 dollars. The East Stroudsburg store that will lie to your face like it's nothing, I'm disabled and I was laughed at walking with my cane. Rick is the District Manager for that store and others stores as well. He told me I was paying to much on the phone when he looked at my account on the store on the computer and I can't get a hold of Rick and he won't answer my calls. This place is a HUGE THUMBS DOWN Don't go there!!
