Since moving in we've had to buy a couple of major appliances. It's already stressful having to move and schedule delivery and what not. The sales team at this store as a whole just like I said needs a class in customer service. You call there and you're not met with anyone friendly it seems unless it's the girl who calls to schedule the delivery. They pick up and don't say who they are which is strange to me. I've worked customer service jobs and we've been trained to say Hi, this is (insert name). Unappealing that the sales team doesn't do this. Also, I've caught some of them lying about other sales associates not being there when they are. There are only two sales associates I would consider giving business too, Paula and Dave as they were nice and considerate when we spoke with them. Curtis the manager was okay as well and wanted to make things right. The first one we brought was a dishwasher and our sales lady Paula was great and very helpful. However, installation of it was a nightmare. The first installers who came, came before the dishwasher was even delivered and then took the kit that I paid for back with them. The second installer who came was okay but said they couldn't do it because our dishwasher wasn't next to the sink. It was but not side by side with the sink making a more difficult job. The third installer who came was a straight shooter told me it was more difficult but could be done and the second installer just didn't want to do it. I do speak to the store manager more than once regarding this and they did make things better by offering a rebate and buying a longer hose I would need. Our next appliance was a stove. Nothing too bad with that came and was installed no hassle. However, the hood we also brought was on back order and would be delivered at a different time. That came the other day and the third installer who did my dishwasher came and did the hood which I was grateful for. When I had to call and schedule the delivery of my hood to my stove the person who answered the call sounded annoyed they had to do something and then just hung up on me after scheduling my delivery.

Well as a member of the…read moreSavvi Formalwear network, they fitted all 6 of my groomsmen plus my dad and brother-in-law, free of charge, and with quality and detail. The wedding was in California so I went with a local Tux shop in Torrance, CA, who told me my NJ groomsmen could and should get fitted at any Savvi Formalwear member in the country, as they knew best how to fit and measure them. I did a web search and found Sarno and Son in Rockaway. I told them I had a lot of guys to get fitted so I scheduled an appointment with them. I went with my guys on a Saturday morning and the employee there happily fitted all my guys. He not only took measurements, he had them try on sample dress shirts, pants and jackets to confirm the measurements. If you needed a neck extender, he wrote it down. If you wanted a tighter fitting shirt to show off your physique, he wrote it down. He filled out the form I gave him for each guy and he handed them to me when he was done. He was such a nice kid, I gave him a nice tip. If I ever were to rent a tux from a place in NJ, this would be the place. While I was waiting for my friends to get fitted, I browsed their book of tuxes, and they even had camouflage tuxes! Oh yeah! P.S. After you make all your friends come here for a fitting, bring them over to nearby Morris Tap and Grill for some craft beer!

I discovered that the seam on my pants had a 2 inch opening in the inner seam on the right leg of the pants. I received an email at 11:00 am on the day the tux had to be returned to remind me about returning the tux. I showed up at the store at opening time (12:00) and had to wait 20 minutes for the worker (in dirty pants) to open the store. When I questioned him as to why they didn't open on time, he said he had to attend a sweet 16 party the night before! Really? I had a wedding the night before! How about taking your job seriously and getting to work on time! I will look for a different store if I need to rent a tux in the future. Poor customer service!
