My mom is 74. She went into this store to see if they could help her with charging issues on her iPhone. They took her phone and left her unable to have any communication (friends, family, 911). This is absolute negligence on their part. It has been 3 weeks and 16 hours of sitting on the phone with T-mobile. AT&T and Charter (cable) just got to be too much so a month or so ago we opted for T-Mobile phone and internet. The phone solicitor was nice, but very misleading. She said we can pick what day for autopay, found out you can't. She gave a promotional code for $150 online Mastercard, but when I tried to use it, found out the code had expired a year ago. The internet gateway arrived quickly, and the T-Mobile staff at Sam's Club were very helpful in porting our phones to T-Mobile's system. Back at home, setting up the internet was fairly easy. Within a few weeks we started having dropped internet requiring a gateway reset each time. Sometimes it drops few times a day. The phone coverage is "ok", but not nearly as extensive as AT&T. The frustration level has reached a point where we've started researching for a different phone and internet provider. read more

We recently made the decision to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile! It was only 3 days after getting g our phones that the regret set in!! Our coverage and service with the phones were "spotty" at best. Dropped calls and at one point completely zero service! When trying to call customer service we get there is a 3 hour wait leave a number... mind you most people don't have to call 8 times, but it was complete garbage. After deciding to take the loss, return the phones and get our old service back the fun really began! Send the phones in and then have then say "we never got them" after tracking has shown them arriving. I had to cancel my debit card to avoid being charged over $1000 for a phone that was returned. Then they received 1 phone, however we were instructed to ship together and they didn't get the second one, excuse me? Several bills later, calls to the poor excuse for customer service and we were told oh here we found the other phone. Your account is resolved. 2 weeks later a letter from collections!! After calling collections I was told T-Mobile closed the account and no more collections! Two emails within a few days to say they got our equipment and will issue refunds! Wait, a week later called by the same collection agency that to say T-mobile is collecting on us. Called AGAIN with a 4 hour wait and told AGAIN that they will remove the charges from our account. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS HEADACHE!!! read more
