    same as below went to store at opening 8/3/2025. no one there waited 15 minutes for someone to show up

    This place customer service is suck . They aren't there to help . They are there to gossip . They are cold and careless about their job .

    I'm really hesitant to rate this store, because by all accounts I had a pleasant experience. I…read morewalked in, frustrated with Verizon, and wanted to transfer service. They were not as pushy of salespeople as the Verizon store was (having just come from there). I said exactly what I wanted and the team member (Tim, I believe) was very helpful. He was laid-back and informative, tried to get me the best deal. He was honest about the Nexus 5's markup as well. Overall the transaction was fantastic and I walked out with a great working phone. T-Mobile itself is a great company. I was with them for 8 years before having to switch to Verizon for work for 2 years, then immediately switched back when I could. The coverage in this area has been fantastic. However, when filling out the application, I asked specifically if the credit check was hard or soft. I have excellent credit but recently moved, so I didn't want another hard hit. The team member assured me (more than once) that it was a soft credit check that he was performing. I agreed to it. Now I have an alert that a hard inquiry has been made. It's not bad, but it was not what I was told was happening. A hard inquiry is completely different than a soft. So, while he was honest about everything else, this was a complete lie to me. This changed my perspective of my in-store experience. So, I just wanted to make sure other consumers knew this caveat before they switched. Otherwise I recommend T-Mobile above the other companies.

Which I originally purchased when I brought my phone in January 2026. It's unlimited replacement. He was very rude and snappy saying he didn't have one for my phone, which was not true. They put a 16/17 protector on my phone originally , somehow he said they couldn't put on a 17 protector which didn't make any sense which they had in the store. I asked him could he let me see the protector that he was talking about and he told me no unless I was going to purchase it. I asked him could I talk to a manager and he said she went to lunch and he was going to lunch too. I asked him when would she return he said in 30 minutes. I said I would wait. I thought this is ridiculous. I stayed calm because I was in shock over his treatment over a phone protector I purchased unlimited replacement. I could not believe his unprofessionalism. The treatment was really unbelievable. The other guy Chris was not helpful either I ask him for help because I remembered him and he said he never helped me before. I am writing this because no customer should be treated this way. I have been coming here for over twenty years. I will never forget how they treated me today. No one should be treated in such a rude disrespectful manner. *I was fortunate that a Wonderful young lady wind up helping me name Sunny, She stepped in and helped me I explained to her the situation and she called the manager and she told her it was okay to replace my screen protector. Thank you so much Sunny for your professional and patience. You are what TMobile represents. Your kindness and helpfulness was truly appreciated. I called customer care service and I wanted them to know about you. They told me to make sure I call the manager which I will definitely do. I hope they give you a score of 10.

My wait was not long at all as they were able to multi-task and switch between the users without missing a beat. Quite impressive seeing that because you would assume by doing that they would have to get an update from the user but they both were in sync. I was being helped by Zamira and she had great knowledge of the products and the plans that T-mobile has. Anything I asked her about, she was able to provide a quick answer. I ordered the S22 Ultra 256GB in black and I was excited that I could have the return kit mailed to my house. Even though Zamira could not assist to complete the transaction, Stephanie picked right up where she left off! I was able to have all of my questions answered, even the ones that they could not assist with, they both were able to provide more information on how I could get the answer. I never think to come to this store because I live further away from this location, but overall a good experience!

First issue I had about year ago and he said he couldn't help me worked on his computer kept on saying no no, I went to location in Reston and the issue was resolved by the store manager there. Today was my 2nd issue, t mobile customer service told me I can drop off my broken phone to any location and they will mail it. Well guess what I came to the same location thinking it would be better this time. But guess who walks up to help me again Rodrigo, and I told him about the damaged phone and how I need it to be sent out. He goes oh no we can't do that, unless you are trading in a phone. This guy simply does not know what he is doing,

I was recently there an hour before closing. 2 people…read morebehind the counter with other customers and probably close to 10 people waiting and more coming in. I was next in line so I knew it would not be a problem for me to get service. Now for all the others waiting and it was getting closer to closing. I have just 2 questions: 1) why did you come close to closing? You are expecting these people to stay after hours and help you? 2) why are you taking your lack of common sense on these people when they can't help you because they are closing? I have been coming to this location for years and never have I had a problem with anyone that works here. I have 8 lines on my plan and they always handle my requests swiftly. PEOPLE PUT YOURSELF IN THEIR SHOES, can you do what they do for 8-10 hrs a day? Crazy requests made by crazy people, one after another. BE NICE, BE PATIENT...check your attitude at the door!

Plus I had a problem with my apple tablet and needed some assistance. Seems after an update there's always something not quite like it was before. Personally I think they do more harm then good most of the time. SO with all that being said. After spending 2 hours in the SPRINT STORE...very frustrated and annoyed and practically no better off. I was told to go to an Apple store or contact them. And now customer service writes the order for the screen replacement. NOW, really ...NOW...after being in the store for two hours...and NOT even fixing the problem with the tablet. That service ticket should of been written up first thing, he knew it had to done, even took it in the back to make sure!!!! So now I have to leave the phone for 2 MORE hours. Leave and come back in 2 HOURS. Seems to me if the ticket was written immediately after discovering it could be fixed...I wouldn't have to leave and come back in 2 HOURS... NOT TO MENTION we had to go from 12524 Sunrise Valley Drive to 11949 Market Street normally not a big deal( felt like SPRINT just didn't really even try, especially after I suggested they call Apple and ask them how to fix the problem. So as I was walking towards the Apple store I saw lots of people standing around outside thinking to myself this is going to take a while. I was approached by a gentleman holding an APPLE tablet taking names and a brief description of the issue...as I explained what was happening showing him so he knew exactly what it was..... He said reaching toward my tablet "can I see it?"  Right there on the sidewalk he proceeded to fix my issue...it took him all of 5 minutes... I do in fact believe if the T-Mobile/SPRINT customer service rep made the call ( I suggested ) it would of eliminated us doing the running. By the way the APPLE customer service reps name is GREGG....awesome employee with lots of knowledge, knowing how to navigate around the applications... And an awesome personality too ! Five stars for GREGG saving the day!!!! T-MOBILE / SPRINT taking notes? TMobile / SPRINT should have such knowledgeable employees, employees that take the initiative. Not say, well I don't know!!! He should of asked other workers there, I even suggested it.... Better training ...needed for sure ! Manners and courtesy can go a long way. The 3rd time was just to transfer all of the stuff from my old phone. Had to pee and asked to use a bathroom. I was told they didn't have a public bathroom and to ask the guy at the lobby desk. The guy at the lobby told me I could, "try my luck in the parking lot..." When I told the t-mobile staff the response was, "sorry..." Absolutely inhuman service. They could literally replace the staff with a well labeled vending machine. At least then I'd know up front the level of service to expect.
